Arrived later than expected due to flight delays and hire car pickup difficulties. Was unableto reach anyone to check in so booked another hotel. Host offered to reimburse the cost of the other hotel though.

Great apartment with a great view, good area with nice restaruants. Generous hosts who helped us out after dificulties on the first night.

Whilst the mattresses were very comfortable, the pillows were disappointingly flimsy - you could check them when you are shown the room and try asking if they can give you better ones if you want them. If you check in after around 16.00 you may find the restaurant staff who show you to your apartment/room are unable to answer some questions you may have due to either language barriers or lack of knowledge about specific details about the accomodation; if you check in between 12.00 and 16.00 there should be a manager present who can answer them. Other than that, there is nothing to dislike about the hotel. However, I would point out that the downside of being on the seafront is that there is some noise from traffic on the beachside road in front of the hotel - the road is surprisingly busy and a small proprtion of drivers have loud music playing and others like to make a lot of noise sounding their horns. This is more noticeable at the weekend, but dies down by about midnight or 00.30. This not the fault of One Only, of course, and the noise was much less noticeable if the bedroom balcony doors were shut and the aircon was on.

Only One is clean and modern and the staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a duplex apartment on the 4th and 5th floors with a full sea view. These apartments have two balconies, both with great sea views, a corner one on the lower level and a larger one facing the sea on the upper level. There are two apartments like this with two side view apartments behind them but these had balconies with a side view of the sea only. Our rooms were spacious with a very large lounge. The hotel is right on the sea-front, two minutes walk from the beach and there are many shops, ATMs, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. We were provided with bottles of water, coca-cola, Lipton's iced tea, a packet of ground coffee, tea bags and some wafer biscuits, all free of charge, but I do not know if all apartments/rooms are also given these.

Amazing beachfront location with a ton of places to eat around. Great apartments with a sea view and all the necessary appliances for a family or a couple. The hosts are super nice and accommodating. Elena took a great care of us, answering all our questions on WhatsApp and offering great advice of a local.

Lift was not working so we had to haul our luggage’s down 5 flights of stairs to the basement. Bed could have been bigger.

Location was convenient for us and there was ample undercover parking under the building. The apartment was very clean and the staff lovely (even though I had to hunt around for a reception staff as there was essentially no check-in desk.)

Amazing views, nicely decorated, close to beach, bars and restaurants. Natalia was very welcoming and on hand to answer any questions 24 hours a day. The staff at the apartment and restaurant were lovely and extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Lovely clean pool area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Would recommend.

Definately can be even better with some sound proofing upstairs. U can hear everything from next door neighbour. Also upgrade ur pillows and mattress

It was very small. And cleaning only every few days. And some things were either just cheap or needed maintenance. But i mean very minor stuff. Nothing really noteworthy. Like a loose toilet paper holder and the shower was always going back and forth between hot and cold on its own. Stuff like that. In fairness. I didn't bring this up to the owner because it wasn't a big deal to me. And nothing related to the hotel. But antalya as a whole just has beaches covered in stones not sand. So it's more of a view than a usable beach from my perspective (even though it's packed 5am-midnight with people laying and walking on rocks - crazy to me)

Overall it was good. Very similar to the photos. Right on the water. Had all needed amenities. I liked the balcony. Good size and overlooking the water. Cleaner was nice and did a good job. Restaurant downstairs was pretty good. Close to many little cafes and stuff on the water. Nice place to walk around. Can even walk to the aquarium from there and to the ferris wheel if you want a longer walk.

The location is awesome. You are right across from the beach and the view is unbeatable. There is parking garage available for guests which is nice since street parking can be hard to find. Staff are very responsible through WhatsApp

the apartment is very spacious. they provide you with stove complete with its kitchenware’s. also a washing machine if you running out of clothes. the balcony gave you a direct view to the ocean. the location itself is magnificent. cross the street and you’ll found a lot of facility from children playground to street gym. and of course it’s direct to the sea. and it surrounded with a lot and a lot of restaurants! couldn’t ask for more.

- the Wi-Fi was very temperamental -there is nowhere close to withdraw money (especially as taxis are paid in cash) -as we stayed there a whole week, I expected the cleaner to have done a better clean. I was expecting like a hotel service clean, or in-between serviced accommodation parties. The only thing that was done was the trash was taken out and the living/kitchen floor had been brushed. I would at least expect the bedsheets to be changed or new towels. But these factors didn’t affect our stay as the accommodation otherwise was great!

The location was amazing, right on the beach front. Easy to access local attractions - very well situated.

We booked an airport transfer through the host to be picked up upon arrival and no one showed up. It wasn't ideal, especially traveling with child, but we figured something else out at the airport. Just make sure to double check any transfers. The downside of being too close to the beach was some noise from the nearby beach restaurant that stayed open until late. Not the property's fault, but just keep in mind if a light sleeper or traveling with kids.

This place was gorgeous, great location and amazing views, waking up in the morning to have coffee on the terrace ... just wonderful. Very clean, spacious, and attentive staff. Pool was well maintained and had enough sun beds. Pool towels were provided too. Bonus were the roladen blinds that made the room pitch dark and we were able to sleep past the sunrise.
