The rooms were dated. Beds were uncomfortable and they only provided thick sheets for blankets. We had to go out and purchase our own blankets to sleep comfortably. In the bathroom the hairdryer had exposed electrical wires and only worked for a short period before turning off. The hot water was was hit or miss. Sometimes I could have a hot shower, others I had to suffer with cold water. I think that they are turning off the heating elements during the night. Though how are they supposed to know when guests are needing a hot shower? Some exposed electrical wires next to the bed. Our bedroom door lock didn’t work properly (only with one room out of the three booked). They changed the lock when we asked but we still had issues with the door not locking. One of the rooms air conditioning didn’t work. One night during our stay they had a Halloween party with loud music late into the night. There was no warning about this before our booking or before we arrived. So we just had to put up with it.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly, polite, an eager to help. The common area was nice with a beautiful pool.

The hotel is new and some issues didn't solve yet. Every room has a fridge, but some of them doesn't work. Air conditioner in my room was old and also didn't work. I, personally, don't use it too frequently, but some people prefer even to sleep under cond. I think it is temporary difficulties which could explained by shortage of resources and will be solved in the nearest future.

The breakfast was very good, different every day. Hotel locates 15 minutes to the see and 10 minutes to the bus stop. Two good fish restaurants and a lot a small stores nearby. My room was very comfortable. Internet was good, as I know it is a problem to find good internet in Antalia. Staff was polite and helpful. Mostly what I liked is availability water, coffee and tee during the day. I would recommend Orange Owl to my friends

Soundproofing could be improved, especially from the halls. A few points for improvement to be mentioned for the room I've stayed in: it was hard to adjust the air conditioning, it was always blowing really strongly. The main light switch is not working properly, but it was easily managed with a switch by the bed. The water pressure could be improved, too. And the was no fridge in the room, which was a surprise :( Overall it did not ruin my expectations, it was quite a pleasant stay.

A small cozy hotel at Konyaaltı. The staff was very friendly and nice, and helped me with a late-night check-in. I wouldn't say the hotel was new but it is taken care of. The breakfast is simple but contains everything you need. Comfy bed sheets and pillows, clean bathroom. The room is not that big but it is still enough space. The hotel is great value for money.

I booked balloon flight in advance, we woke up at 5 am, got ready and than notified, that our flight cancelled But weather was good and another balloons were up Next few days was bad weather and we wait for our last day to have a flight, it cancelled, but again, just for us! Than price has increased We stayed in Cappadocia for few more days, but due weather conditions all flights cancelled So, with trust to hotel administrator, we missed two perfect days for fly the balloon-our dream and purpose to come to Cappadocia No apologies

Even don't know what to start with. It's absolutely terrible place, that I would never recommend. For example, people who built the hotel never heard about noise insulation. A gap between door and door frame is about 1 sm. So you will be informed what is going on the reception or in the hall. If you expect for some respect from the staff, choose another place to stay. Otherwise you will be listening how night portier is talking on the phone - he loves to do it from 3 to 5 AM. The most important thing that you find never is that in the underground floor is located a night club - the first party was there just for Halloween 2023. You will enjoy very loud music till the morning. If you be lucky (no) and have a room on the ground floor you would also love the ammmmmmazing smell of smoking, coming from the club. You can ask at that moment - but you could ask a manager of the hotel to do smth about that situation. As I did of course. He is a nice guy (a terrible lier), who promises that the party will finish in 5 minutes (in reality - in 2 AM, that was 2 hours later than he promised). So the hotel manager enjoyed the party with his friends and you should (must). I can add that the hotel is just after renovation but looks like it was 50 years ago. Sometimes you won't have hot water. But you would enjoy AC that blows directly to your head while you sleep. Very monotonous breakfast is a mandatory option. I'd love to thank the hotel staff for 4 absolutely terrible nights! I would come again for sure (never)

I really liked this hotel because its cozy and feels like home. I actually ended up extending my stay with a week more. The room was clean, the Breakfast was good, the atmosphere was also good. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was part of the family. The pool area is really good to also get your work done. And if your work assignments stresses you out, you can just play with the kittens 😄 I would recommend this place and I will definitely be staying here again

The staff were incredibly friendly and warm. Thank you to all of them. The location is close to public transportation and good to go for a walk and for going to the seaside.
