Hotel needs a little updating - flaky paint on some buildings and view from room showed a worn out green coloured metal roof which looked broken in some places. Partitioning walls between rooms was very thin and were able to hear conversations from other rooms. Neighbours kept me awake until early hours!

Staff were very accommodating and always helpful. Food was very good, esp for a hotel this size.

The hotel is built on a mountain.. it wasn't a problem for us but people with mobility issues will struggle including those with pushchairs especially if the lift wasn't working. Theres only 1 very slow lift that can only hold 4 people at a time.

We absolutely loved the resorts vibe.. plenty to do.. we were a family of 12 celebrating a 40th and it could not have been better.. Will definitely return 100% inc food great.. bar great in our opinion

The gym is certainly not at a 5 star standard level - broken and dated equipment. Wifi in the Villa was not working whilst we were there. Having said that, the Wifi in the hotel and surrounding areas worked perfectly fine.

Overall, we had a good experience. Restaurant buffet was excellent with a good variety throughout the week. The massage and hamam offered at the hotel is far better than anything available in Oludeniz. The views from the hotel are great. Hotel is in great location close to. all key sites in Fethiye and Oludeniz.

Insufferable Brits who like to complain at everything. Also, the Booking.com pricing policy for children being counted as adults at the hotel is out of date.

The hotel was great and the setting up in the mountains breathtaking. Food was excellent most days with a good range for both adults and kids. Set meal for the Indian restaurant which you pay a little more for was well worth it. Rooms were tidied every day with some lovely personal touches and some impressive towel art. The swimming pool was always pristine and the evening entertainment reassuringly varied. The local town only a short taxi journey away and free entrance to the Aquapark for day visits was welcomed.

The staff are exceptional, this reservation was to accommodate an elderly relative who joined us on our holiday. I can’t praise the staff enough, warm welcoming and definitely went above and beyond. First time in Turkey and will definitely return to this hotel

Some guests, were just not for pleasing. Some, were outright disgusting, in manner, to both guests and staff alike. Though the majority were quite lovely.

The staff were wonderful, attentive, friendly and approachable, highly professional, and engaging with the hotel guests young and elder. Hats off to the management team for building a team of colleagues within each department that went above and beyond to facilitate the guest experience of the resort and their holiday. The entertainment team were outstanding, Burok, Erhan, Yiit, Savage, DJ Sunny, Selenay, Ceylin, you allowed us to find friends in you during our stay, Thank You. Maxi, in leisure, thank you for convincing me to take the family Spa treatment, I am still mind blown by the experience of this. The restaurant team, Emir, Halil, Murat, were just great, Bar team, Firat AKA Fred, Kayhan, Miribhan, Seyma, Fatma, thank you xx. The Culinary team and food offering, Thank you, we found the food to be quite excellent, with plenty of variety and choice, from both hot and cold sides. Cleanliness was disgraceful. They only had 40% staff available including cleaners which resulted in only having rooms cleaned 3 times within 14days! This also meant NO FRESH TOWELS. You had to call reception to request them by housekeeping and then you perhaps might receive handtowels instead only bath towels. The areas were EXTREMELY UNTIDY and the poolsides and entertainment areas were not cleaned overnight and so you had broken plastic knife shards, cigarette butt's, empty sticky cups, Flying ants overtaking. 25% of the sunbeds were either broken or torn. *BEWARE* In the childrens restaurant there is no signs to warn you of the HOT plates, the buffet section in the adult area is cold, so you assume the same for children where they can reach to access and serve their own food - Instead it scolded my 2½yo and he has resulted with a blistered and peeling arm for 8days of his vacation. If you need wheelchair access or have young children with a Pram/Buggy, Also avoid- The Elevator/Tram that takes you up to your section of hotel was broken for 3weeks that I counted up until before we departed. I had to request a room change and still had to bounce my child up/down 15 steps morning noon and night. Only 20% of the staff can understand basic English so you have to speak to the managers at reception or restaurant if you have any requests or issues that need resolving. There was also alot of miscommunication and we were sent to their water park on another site without towels (they told us theyre provided there), When we arrived at the park- No towels provided. The staff had to call the hotel to get them brought over to us. I will never return to this hotel.
