Breakfast is good, but cheff could add some extra dishes, like fried eggs, pancakes and salami, because there are guests from many countries who have diffrent eating habbits than local people.

Location is very good, close to main sightseeings. Reception's staff were very helpful and polite, expecially ms Guzra and mr Samet.

A good hotel for a short visit to Istanbul. Delicious breakfasts - something new on the menu every day. There is a mini spa with a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam. Pleasant staff.

Poor choice, didn’t replenish straight away. Fruit juice like water, a lady grabbed a handful of cereal and started eating it while talking to the restaurant manager and he didn’t say anything to her, very unhygienic!

Roof terrace was closed, a bit disappointing because weather was very warm (April). There was problem with the rooms, when booked we asked for upper floor specifically, when arriving we were offered ground floor rooms, with something like a window.

Location is great, parking is hard though, bed is comfortable, noise ok, breakfast was OK, I was missing only more variety of fruits.

The first night, they assigned us a room with two single beds pushed together. Finding it uncomfortable to sleep, we approached the staff to request a room change. They kindly moved all our bags to a new room, which, although nice, turned out to be quite tiny. Unfortunately, we still didn't find ourselves comfortable by the end of it.

Firstly, the breakfast selection was underwhelming. Although there were plenty of creams and spreads, the meat served was of extremely low quality, making it difficult to enjoy a satisfying meal. The lack of variety and quality in the breakfast offerings was a daily frustration. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. The water was uncomfortably cold, which deterred us from using the pool as much as we would have liked. A slight increase in the water temperature would have made the pool area much more enjoyable and inviting, especially during the cooler hours of the day. Another drawback was the rooftop area, which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, it was under construction during our stay, rendering it inaccessible. This was a significant disappointment as we had been looking forward to relaxing on the rooftop and enjoying the view, which we were unable to do. Overall, while the hotel had potential, these issues marred our experience, and I feel that addressing them could greatly improve the stay for future guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, which exceeded all my expectations. One of the highlights was the punctuality of the cleaning service; it was incredibly convenient that they always arrived at a fixed time, precisely when we were out for breakfast. This impeccable timing ensured that we returned to a spotlessly clean room without ever being disturbed. The location of the hotel was another major plus, being just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. This proximity made it incredibly easy to reach every tourist destination on our list, saving us time and effort in exploring the historic heart of the city. Additionally, the area surrounding the hotel was a culinary delight, boasting an array of good restaurants that offered delicious local and international cuisine. We never had to venture far to find a great meal, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Public transportation was also easily accessible from the hotel, which made navigating the city a breeze. We appreciated the convenience of having various transport options at our doorstep, enabling us to explore Istanbul efficiently and comfortably. Above all, the staff at the hotel were extremely kind and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant, providing helpful advice and assistance whenever needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit.

Breakfast offers a variety of things to choose from but most of it, it is not tasty (my opinion). Jacuzzi shares the same water with the pool, which means the water inside jacuzzi is cold, which means it is not a Jacuzzi.

The room was very tiny with joined up single beds and not the bed and sofa bed promised in my booking. Oh yes, and the balcony? Laughable! There was no balcony, just a window that could open. Please don't bother to book the dinner option unless you are prepared to eat chicken everyday!

Spa: The spa is not work properly The steam shower was broken. The pool and the jacuzzi was cold. The turkis haman was clean but not hot enough The terraze is in renovation. No view Nothing is clarified before we arrived. I book a hotel spa but not really a full functional spa. Only the sauna was working but too many people inside Breakfast: they charge you 3 euro for a glass of orange juice. Not fresh fruit. Only apples

Breakfast staff weren't as helpful, especially when certain food, bread, butter, fruit etc had run out with 90 minutes of breakfast time left to serve. Buffet breakfast did not appear to suffice the amount of customers in the hotel. Very disappointing.

Location was good, reception staff were helpful and friendly. The Spa staff were attentive and friendly.

small room. soft mattress not the best option for people with back pain like myself. free wifi speed was not that good. couldn't watch football match streaming on it.

Amazing, safe and lively location. walking distance to public transport: tram and Bosphorus trips. 5 minutes walk to the old city, shops, and restaurants. very good value for money. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with good quality of food but with limited variations, same items every day. Baggage room was nice option as we left our bags after checkout until flight. we couldn't get late checkout but this option was a good substitute.
