The staff is simply amazing. I arrived very early in the morning, I was so tired after spending the night in Istanbul Airport and they offered me tea and breakfast and gave me immediately the keys of the room to allow me to rest. They were so kind to explain to me what to do and where to go, and we spent some quality time talking about a lot of super interesting things. The structure is clean and quiet. The location is also perfect. Thank you so much!

We only stayed one night after taking the Dogu Express. It's a great option and very good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff very friendly and the free breakfast was good. The location is on a quiet back street, but it is safe and not far from the main area with restaurants, shops, etc.

The equipment was a little older, but the beds were very comfortable.

Accommodation is very close to the center with monuments. It is possible to park your car directly in front of the hotel and the staff is very helpful. He helped us carry our suitcases upstairs and anything we needed they were happy to help us with. We felt welcome there. Breakfast with Turkish tea was delicious and varied.

We were 12 persons traveling to Erzrum and we found this hotel appropriate. We had a really nice time there and it was so comfortable. There was a reception called Karim. He supported us in any way that he could. He knows the city really well so fell free to ask any question that comes to your mind! He also made the tea every hour for the whole hotel members when they came back tired they can benefit the best tea ever!

The place looked a bit worn down: the mirror had cracks, the furniture had marks of being used a lot. The city at that time of year was awful to trip: all restaurants were closed, but still showing in google maps - the only option to eat was purchasing food in Sok. Unsurprisingly for such low price, the breakfast was poor, not worth getting up so early for a couple of olives, an egg and bread with jam. The hotel is located in a narrow alley with just a few parking spots. I was lucky, there there are much more rooms in the hotel than parking spots.

Staff was friendly and helpful. No problems with hot water or beds. Very good price.

First of all, people. Very hospitable and always ready to help. Wish them luck and success! Also, location is very calm and has all Erzurum attractions within walking distance. Breakfast is always fresh and in time. Wi-Fi signal is good enough for those who work remotely. Hot water was as good as needed. Definitely will come back in a future.

Of course, the hotel can do with a little upgrade in its facilities, but for the price you pay, you cannot complain...

The amazing people at Hotel Cinar made all the difference. During my check in, I met Suleyman, a Pakistani youngster, who manages the sister hotel Bahar, which is across the street. He came over to greet me and offered me a home cooked dinner. Notwithstanding the cold outside in Erzurum, the warm of the people far exceeded my expectations. Of course, there are some nice, new hotels that have come up in Erzurum, which can offer you more comfort, but this one was supreme value for money and just for the simple, honest hospitality. Most sights in Erzurum are short walking distances from the hotel, that is a big plus, when the streets are full of snow :)
