The breakfast was a little simple. I was expected to more options. But the food was ok.

The room was very cleaned. Every day the cleaning was done and the towels were changed. The stuff was also very very friendly and if we had some questions, they helped us. The view was perfect. Also we were lucky and we found it to park in front of the hotel.

It was a small hotel and two of the rooms were just in front of the external door, across the reception. Door being at a 2 meter distance from the reception and another half from the door.The rooms were all the same but had different issues (eg lights not working, balcony with limited space because of the air conditioning external unit, things like that). Bathroom too small (we could not go near the sink to brush teeth). Overall the experience was very good but the hotel was not what you expect from a 3star hotel.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional! Especially the receptionist informed us of the places to visit, where to find tram tickets etc and also arranged our transfer from/to the airport. When we asked to switch room he accomodated everything! Also, the rest of the staff did their best to prepare breakfast, clean the room etc!! Great!!

The location is suitable for us..walking distance to many facilities. A food paradise for us. The SeaHouse is a good place to stay..the staff is friendly and hospitable and so helpful. Highly recommended for a place to stay with friends and family.

The staff is really friendly and always ready to help or assist you with anything. The location is close to Aya Sofia (5-10 minutes walking) and also the rooms have amazing sea view! The rooms are well decorated and clean! I absolutely recommend it to everyone and the next time I go to Istanbul, I won't consider other hotel than this one.

Breakfast could have more variety-same cheese and same cold cuts, same juice every day ( no yogurt in Turkey!!!) Extra charging the Turkish coffee.......ouch Parking ( thanks to Ilias I was lucky to find it near by other wise way too far and charged)

Shower fixture should be fixed. Need soap dish in shower. A busy road runs behind but didn’t bother us at all.

Nice neighborhood, close to Sultanahmet. Big room with big terrace and sea view. Helpful staff. Ilya good guy at front desk. Cheap price. Good value for the price. Near to seaside path, wife used it for running. Near to a government restaurant Ilya told us about super cheap and good. The Marbella restaurant is right next door and will deliver to your room or eat there on the windowed terrace. Excellent food and low prices.

Very good staff, always smiling and helpful. My reservation ended in the morning and my flight was in the evening. They let me to leave my baggage at the hotel until it was time for me to go to the airport. Thank you very much.

+ great location, few mins from Kücük Hagia Sofia and also 10 mins walk from the main square (Blue Mosque) + many shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity + our host, Ilyas was really helpful and attentive, he organised a shuttle, helped with the heating and blankets, also was really polite and spoke perfect English + the view to the Marmara Sea was nice, especially from the rooftop terrace, where the breakfast is

Nothing that I can mention about.

Location was at the heart of the ancient Istanbul. All the majors sights were within very short walk (5-10min) Beautiful ocean view 24/7 from the room. Staff behaviour was the best. very helpful at everything. For instance, first day our flight was delayed by 7 hours due to bad weather. Manager waited for us until 4am in the morning so that we can check in without an issue. Definitely recommended and I am confident that no one will be disappointed. Location 10/10 Staff 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Value for the money 10/10

I have been choosing the hotel very thoroughly and it appeared to be amazing! Very spacious room with a big sea view balcony and windows. Big thank you to the hotel representative! He is very kind, friendly and helpful. Felt very welcome. He helped to arrange many things, including calling to the airline from his phone. The room was cleaned very well every day. Breakfast on the rooftop with sea view includes buffet (tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cheese, ham, bread, jam, melon) and scrambled egg cooked for you. There is also a toaster for bread. The hotel area is safe and very nice. The view is incredible!

This hotel is simply adorable! It is small, but very well organized. And it realy looks like in the pictures. It is close to the main attractions, restaurants. The rooms are spacious, we had a sea view room, and the evenings we have spent there, in the balcony, after hours and kilometeres of walking/visiting, are priceless. The hotel is also located in a quiet area and also safe. But all of these would mean absolutely nothing without Illyas, who manages the hotel. It is quite rare, nowadays, to find a person who, besides his professionalism, he is also emphatic, calm, and ready to solve/manage any issue that might come up. Illyas gives life to this hotel! There is a saying: "man sanctifies the place". So, Illyas sanctifies Seahouse Suites!

You can hear traffic from the outside because of the pretty busy road. If you close the windows it is better and you get used to it, it is not so noisy, but it can be hot in summer days so you need to turn on air condition when you are in the room. I wouldn' say it is value for money. Maybe it is a bit expensive for what you get. It is my opinion.

The location is great, in the centre, near the most famous sites. There is a market nearby which is open until the late hours. The view from the top terrace is beautiful. The host Iliyas is very kind, nice, honest, ready to help and he wants his guests to be satisfied there. The bed is comfortable. The room is ok, basic. It can be very hot inside but the A/C functions welland it helps a lot. The street where the Seahouse Suites are is quiet and nice but the rooms overlook the other side which is not so quiet because there is quite a big road there. Breakfast was fine and every day popped up something new.

My stay with my family was perfect, starting from Elias who was a nice lovely person, passing by the breakfast which was simple and delicious, stepping with the room which was tremendouselt clean and nice decorated, ending by the location of the hotel which was perfectly located near the sea and have a sea view .. I really recommend to stay there
