Minor things can be improved like adding some kitchen items, there was no tray in the shower area to keep toiletries.

The room view and the room size was just amazing. Comes with basic amenities. The staff is very friendly and provides what you ask for. Breakfast is good. Gives you a small Turkish breakfast experience included with the room. Everything is freshly made and served by their staff. Cleanliness was good. We liked sitting on the balcony and watching the Uzungöl lake. It was a bit on the expensive side. But overall good experience.

No air-conditioning in the room which could be normal for resorts at high altitude. To make the room cooler we open the windows at night.

The room did not have an iron we had to ask for it every morning and one day another room had it and we had to wait for them to give it to use and they never did. Also, no face tissues were available, kitchen was empty no cubs or plates. No microwave. The stove did not work.

The staff where very nice, the room was very clean they even told us to take off our shoes before entering it. The breakfast was good and the view was breathtaking.

There is a lot of difference between the villa and apartments. So you to be careful while choosing

The size of the bed, the mattress was not comfortable at all and there was a big problem in the hot water, you can not enjoy your shower. The hot water continues coming and going. One more thing, we had a big kitchennette but with zero equipment, not a single cup or spoon

The kitchen was available but with no utensils also an electric kettle was provided but without tea and milk sachets, hence of no use.

The location was amazing, the villa is on the mountain with a view of Uzongul Lake, which is about ten minutes walk down the hill. The rooms were cosy. The only staff Ali was very cooperative and supportive.

Everything was great. Just be aware you need a car to reach this place and the way has a slight slope. Its manageable though but could be strenuous for new drivers.

Abdullah was great and warm. Do book the room with the balcony ( first/second floor). Good breakfast, they served bread, fried, Jam, honey, cheese, olives, hot turkish coffee and Salad. Its very windy up there, carry a good jacket:)

The hotel was almost empty and they put us on ground floor, but on first floor there were rooms with better view. It would have been nice to have better view room.

not too high up on the hill. standalone location n parking of its own. aerial view of lake n mountain. friendly staff who helped doing laundry. allowed early check in. owner responded fast to setup the tv for kids. staff prepared great breakfast, even did faster to cook extra meal upon request

We visited at the end of winter. The heater was a little bit weak downstairs and too warm upstairs. There is only one bathroom for the entire apartment.

Amazing view, clean apartment with comfortable beds and cozy feeling. There is a fridge and washing machine, the stove was not working but we didn't need it anyway. Wifi is available. And breakfast was average (for extra charge). The host Omar was helpful and accommodating, we are grateful for his service.
