Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere is nothing to appreciate in this place. The rooms do not look like the showed pictures. The first room had a broken door which doesn't lock at night. The second room had a non-working Airconditioner. The manager refused to fix the air conditioner. Antalya is very warm, therefore an Air conditioner is necessary if you want to sleep. The staff are very rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. The place is unhygienic and very inappropriate. Also, the area is not safe at night. Most of the visitors I talked to had the same opinion, but none of us could cancel because they refused to refund the money. I have never felt this uncomfortable in my life. There is a minimum for the inconvenience but this place is definitely not worth it. There are way better places in the area that cost less and are more comfortable. Save time, money and energy and don't ruin your holiday by staying at this place. You will regret it.
There is nothing to like about this place, to be honest.

ArgentinaThey really don't care about giving a good service. Don't care about the costumers at all. We arrive at 6am, no sleep cause of the flight. And since I reserve was trying to tell then if we can have the room a bit early cause we were really tired. So they Want it to charge us, other completely night to that few hours. Also non of the employers speak english, so it was imposible to understand each other. We had to walk around on the city, when we come back like at 12, to see if we can have the room, they say that no at all. The check in it was at 2pm mandatory. And also, they give us a room without the bathroom include, that that's what we ask. I was showing him on my phone the reservation, but he didn't want to understand. So he want it to charge us even more than the doble for change room. Looks like you breath and they want to take you more money. On the bed you have all the springs that make your back hurt. So we didn't get the room that i book. The shower it was so uncomfortable and small, also the pipe was broked. all my cloth was completely wet. So i had to walk just with the tower around the hall, not intimacy at all. The blankets looks like they never clean it. Even when we were trying to sleep there on the lobby at morning they said it was forbidden and they were screaming next to us constantly. I dont recommend it at all. We stay in antalya, but change hotel cause im not gonna give them more money at all. So for the price, doesn't work it.
The only good thing is that the receptionist call us a taxi (to move to other hotel in antalya)

KosovoThis is the worst Hotel I have ever been to. First of all they change the price of room they added 20+$ more to pay and took the money without permission. The room was terrible. Someone was making noise all night so we could not sleep at all. The place feels very unsafe. The bathroom is very old. You will feel like you are in Taliban or somewhere in war. Never make my mistake, to go here.

IranThey gave me another room which was completely different compare to the pictures in the website, the toilet was dirty, the sheets stinked, the flip flops was terrible, and when I asked them to change my room they said that it was the last room and there is no other room.
Only air conditioning system was ok.
