Parking challenge, very expensive food in the area due to tourist prime location

If you don't have specific standards, it is a good 2 stars hotel! Bed smell in bathroom, tiny bathroom, prices at their restaurant are not so small! The parking area is very small and crowded, but this is understandable due to the downtown specific!

Inside the downtown, close to the terraces and restaurants, quite area, friendly personnel!

Perfect location, Mr. Yavuz the manager is a great man. Very helpful. They also have a lovely restaurant and serve good breakfast. The apartment was well equipped and was comfortable

The showers in our room were a bit outdated. And in the evening music from the surrounding cafes was disturbing.

Our window didn’t close. You can everything from the street, the hall and next door. Breakfast was mediocre (the only time in 2 weeks in Turkey we had to have instant coffee (while staff were having lovely espressos).

Location is perfect. There is car park and the staff help you which is great. Clean and the shower worked.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. It was very clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool. The location was perfect to visit the city center and the Hambourg. The breakfast was very nice, and we enjoyed having it in the courtyard. Thank you very much to the lovely staff for your kindness.

The property was beautiful. They even have a restaurant attached to the hotel which was delicious. All of the staff is very attentive and accommodating. They were able to get our room ready for us early when we arrived. It is also very centrally located but away from the crowds. They also cleaned our room every day, which was awesome. Highly recommend!

The rooms are a bit dated. But the staff were quick on solving any issues, and most importantly, the beds and bathroom were comfortable and clean.

The best thing about this hotel is it’s location. It’s on a quiet street, right in the old town, so you can reach most attractions, restaurants, and shops within a short walk. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - they were there to answer any questions and solve any requests. The Turkish breakfast served every day was delicious.

The rooms were too old and needed repairs. Bathroom doors were creaking. The hotel offeres a breakfast and dinner package that Ideally is avoidable. We were vegetarians and the hotel hardly had options for vegetarians. The staff may help you with finding cheap stores that offer spices, tea etc but do not follow them it's a scam. The shop that they will take you is 10 times more expensive than a departmental store. We wanted to buy some spices and flavoured tea, the staff took us to shop claiming that it is the cheapest and will also offer us a discount, however the rates quoted to us were 10 times higher than the nearest store. I would still recommend the hotel for the location.

The hotel was located in the center of old town and was a 5 min walk to the main road and public transport. The hotel had a very cute garden and a small pool area as well. The set breakfast offered was delicious.

Compared to other hotels that we stayed in, this hotel was lacking in some areas. There was a hot water kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee. There were no hooks for hanging wet towels. No complimentary water was offered. The remote had no batteries

The wifi was inconsistent. The dinners that are included (if that option is purchased) are predetermined and are not particularly Turkish. (Pizza and french fries/chips is unique.)

The staff was great, the location is interesting inside the wall. The room was nice and comfortable. Parking is quirky but it worked.

Very good breakfast in a pleasant garden. Dinner for halfboard plan was very good but it is a pity the menu is completely fixed. Room was cosy but rather small.

The windows are poorly insulated, but being on a quiet street is not a problem.

Super location, close to Hadrian Gate on a quiet street away from the noise. Very good value for money. Our double room was big and the bed very confortable. The breakfast is good and typical turkish.

The hotel was like a home away from home. They really went out of their way to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed! Really loved the breakfast and the friendliness.
