We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Russianot all facilities that were in the description of the hotel were available. for example pool. it was closed while we were in accommodation. and there was no information about it in the description of the hotel at the moment reservation. so we chose this hotel and paid for the services that were given in description, but they were not available. still the price remained the same. more over, staff didn’t even try to compensate this in any way. in general, staff didn’t do anything that we asked them to do. they didn’t change the soap in a shower that’s didn’t work, even if we asked 4 times to do it. they didn’t compensate 2 days that we paid extra, because we checked in 1 day later and checked out 1 day before the period payed, even when we informed them that it will be like this weeks before we came to hotel. staff didn’t move as to another suit when we came and discussed it. they promised they will do it and in the end gave room to another people. In general, we didn’t receive any help from the hotel at all. very disappointing service

FinlandThe receptionist who check us in didn't give us any info about anything.. No wifi password, breakfast time, checkout time or any info about anything.. In the morning the other receptionist was also out like a snow man.. When I asked about breakfast she did say that I only did pay bed(maybe I really pay for only mattress cos we didn't have enough blankets.. There was 4 of us and only 2 blankets. Also some broken dishes for 3 person. 3that and 2 other thing and once again 3 something else. Some more some less broken..) but after I show my booking she did give me that wristband for my food what the other should give me already at the same time we came in first place.. From tv mainly russian channels but with blizzard in the back ground. My opinion is that time has fly and over take them and the best days are over. Some one should invest alot of money and fix rooms and fire/ train some or hire some new stuff who can do even basics...
Bed was good and rooms was big enough for 4 person. Breakfast was ok but but nothing special.

I asked the staff to clean it up, they did once and the next day the worms returned... everything else was fine

KazakhstanLocation is very nice. 10 minutes walking to the Cleopatra beach, 10 minutes by car to the main bay with ships and 5 minutes by car to the Casle funicular. And a lot of other places are around. Swimming pool is clean and area around are nice. There is a shop, restaurants and ATM next to the entrance. The place is fantastic.
