I did not get the family room as i booked. Instead i assumed a big standard room with extra bed was arranged by the hotel.

I think after pivot of the main Istanbul airport from Ataturk to new airport the previous hotels which made around the airport location faced financial issues and this caused decreasing service quality. ""The breakfast score was 2/10."" the material was stale, we even found some molds on bread and cheese! even when we announced to the stuff the morning after the same material remain there! the swimming pool were almost closed however it was working but the water was cold as hell and the jacuzzi was always turned off. The rom didn't have minibar and re refrigerator was unplugged and out of service (stuff said all of them are same in the hotel) and you have to forget about cold water in the night if you need to ( maybe you should call room service for this i didn't try!) and you don't have any place to keep something cold! The safety box was not working. No one was guest care there and the cleaning worker came and bring our luggage up. ""If it was anywhere out of turkey this hotel were 4 stars""

they changed our room to a bigger room with good view when I complain about room size and the color and they didn't charge us more. which I really appreciate and my we were happy about this. stuff were helpful and friendly. parking lot was available and free. location was good for me in terms of access because I was using a car. water pressure was good at the shower. the bar man at the night was very helpful I forgot his name ( no hairs and stylish beard) a/c was working very good , because of the season we used both warm and cool.

The length of time it took to get to the nearest metro station. It took us an hour and a half most days each way to get into and out of the town centre.

The location, though it was walkable from the Olympic Stadium which was I guess why I first chose it.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but it could take anything from 20 to 45 minutes to get to the nearest metro station to then take a 45 minute tram ride into the City centre.

The name of the hotel is confusing. I wanted to stay over one night at a nearby hotel to the Istanbul Airport, because I missed my flight. I found this and reserved for one night. But there is another hotel called Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Airport which is actually near the Istanbul Airport. I thought I reseved that one and arrived to that hotel. Only then I realized I booked the hotel near the old İstanbul Ataturk Airport. The problem is, there is no Istanbul Ataturk Airport anymore, it was closed in 2018 but this hotel is still keeping the name as is. When I was at the Park Inn by Radisson Istanbul Airport, there was another person with the same problem and receptionist said, there were four other people today who are confused and came to the wrong hotel. Seriously, why are you keeping the same name for many years and confuse people. We are tired after a trip and you created many hours of problematic discussions.

The staff behavior was really unpleasent. They would not help in anything. There was no room service avalible. I asked for tissue 3 times nothing happened. I asked 3 times for extra bed that I mentioned in my booking but after the 3rd time they brought. Awful!!!!

The spa was not working after we were told at checkin that it was. The room was OK in size but the beds were not comfortable. There was a smell in the room.

The receptionist was very nice and accommodating to our requirements. The checkin process was fast.

We used to stay at this hotel over the last three years and it was previously a great but this time our stay was very disappointing. Very bad behaviour from reception team, dirty room,they also removed the mini refrigerator at the room and they said this is as per hotel’s policy!!!! . We asked for some ice but then we were shocked due very dirty bowl they put ice in. Whenever we spoke to reception, they simply said “ u can raise a complain” !!!!! Is this a 5 stars branded hospitality service???!!!

The Spa was a rip off. the reason I chose the hotel and not a smaller cheaper hotel was for its swimming pool and spa facilities. the steam room was not working and the staff kept lying to us that it was going to come on. none of the spa staff spoke english and pretended not to understand us. The pool water was too clorinated and my children and myself including several guests left the pool after coughing from the fumes of the water. They gave us free towels on the three occasions that we were there but on the last occasion when we went with an American friend they told us the towels have to be paid for. The ameraican did not question adn paid for them. I highly resent this behavior especially to the American tourist who are targetted to being charged for facilities that are free. If you want a tip then be honest. We complained about this behavior to the reception who informed us they would take it up with house keeping. There were mini fridges in the rooms but none were working. Disappointing as we paid €150 a night and several services were not provided. We were unable to use the pool for more than 10 minutes due to fumes/ Steam room was not working but was lit/ Fridges to keep our drinks and refreshments cool were also not working. HOtel too far from the city or the train. we needed to take taxis to any transport. €30 to travel to the city. $15 to travel to the public transport. I donot recommend this hotel for sightseeing Istanbul.

The Hotel had a good restaurant and the staff were welcoming. Though as soon as breakfast 10am arrived they shut down everything including the coffee machine so you could not get more coffee if you had not taken it at 9:59am. The room was a good size for my three hcildren and myslef and had a beautiful view from the 5th floor.
