Bathroom leaking water from shower area. Bed matrass is not comfortable.

Bathroom is small, and leaks from the shower all over the bathroom floor. You gotto be careful while showering. The matrass is not comfortable at all, you might wake up in the morning with a pain in your back. Breakfast is good, filling, with a nice view over the sea. Location is perfect, right in the center of the city. Parking is provided if you give them a call prior, vale takes care of your car.

The breakfast is a bit poor and does not match the size of the hotel. There are very few things and they are not fresh. The sound insulation is not good, and there are many people walking by the seaside at night, which is very noisy. It is recommended to choose a high-rise building.

The location is very good, just by the seaside, where you can enjoy the stunning sunset. There are many restaurants around, making dining convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly, helping to park the car.

The meal for dinner was a little salty

Breakfast was good, staff were helpful services at the hotel were good. The lift is a little slow, you may want to use the stairs, otherwise all good.

The entrance of the hotel is from the main street on the city side but not on sea side ( kordon). There is no information about this on the web page. I accidentially got into one way street in kordon by my car while looking for the entrance. And warned by the police. Pls add some guidence about routing on your page. There is no access to the roof floor by elevator where breakfast is served. Pls add some information to your web page for wheel chair using customers.

This hotel serves a great open buffet breakfast with the magnificient view izmir bay. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated with trendy furniture style. bathroom exceeds the expectation with a rain shower option. Location of the hotel is excellent.

the tv is behind a glass shutter and was taped down and in the middle of the night it opened and knocked everything on the desk and woke me up and the breakfast is okay but limited

The breakfast selection wasnt very good. Hotel needs to provide more options like yoghurt, fruits and may be also pancakes etc. Meals provided by the hotel were also limited. Was told Pizza was not available because of oven issues

The hotel is a bit noisy from the restourant on its roof, there are always dogs barking outside starting 2-3AM all the way to 6-7AM, can also easily hear the neighbours in different rooms, so it was a struggle to sleep. 1 elevator in this hotel, sometimes need 10 min wait before you can get on it.

The view outside the window was fantastic, the room size was huge, the people in the area are very friendly and there are plenty of restourants in the area with various choices of food. The area is just great.

I had to wait till 3:30 pm to be checked in to the property even though my check in time was at 2pm. It was a terribly long wait as we wanted to rest after our flights but we were kept delayed for some reason.

The property is at a nice location right by the ferry port Pasaport. Also, many other viewpoints are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Also, the restaurant has a view of the Aegean sea I would assume, which was quite lovely.

some of bathroom facilities are pretty old like spa bath and looks broken. restaurant isn't great. breakfast is limited. it's better having dinner somewhere else really, grilled chicken salad, eg, wasn't grilled and ingredients where different from menu description including type of chicken meat. there's lots of much better options outside.

I was unlucky on my first stay to have a very noisy lot in the room next to mine, but it was of no matter and I didn't let it bother me. I also wish that they had more than one lift!

Wonderful location, beautiful room, I really liked having breakfast in the top floor dining room looking over the harbour. Extremely charming staff. One of my hotels of choice in Izmir!

Unfortunately, many rooms don’t have any view from the window. That its : when you open the window and see only the wall. It was very sad to see this view, because I specifically chose this hotel , because of its proximity to the sea 😔

Wifi was too weak and it interrupted constantly. The view was to a white wall less than two metres in front of the window. Shower door didn't close perfectly so we ended up leaving water on the bathroom floor.

Very good position just by the sea promenade and close to restaurants. Clean, modern hotel. Clean room, a bit spartan.
