Room was very clean with nice new facilities. Breakfast was the best Turkish breakfast we have had, all fresh delicious food. Sergio and his team were very friendly and helpful with someone always around to help. Location is great as it’s close to the centre of Goreme but on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again!

Everything! One of the best places to stay in Göreme. Sergio is just the most wonderful host, he is definitely the soul of the hotel, the life of the party, and, on top of that, a amazing photographer! The room was beautiful and super clean. Location couldn’t be better. Breakfast is super, all fresh ingredients. The terrace is heaven, you can see the ballons from there.Sergio assistant also very kind and helpful.

We loved our room which,although a little small had everything we needed as well a large balcony with a lovely view. Perfect to watch hot air balloons from. They can also be viewed from the breakfast balcony. The hotel is also close to downtown and an easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets. We have stayed in many many hotels and Sergio, the owner, is without doubt the friendliest ,and most helpful person we have met. He helped book tours, dinners and balloon rides.and arrange taxies He also helped us sort things out when the airline changed our flight..so grateful as we would have been in serious trouble otherwise The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

The owner was very helpful and friendly and gave us good advise and help in making a few local bookings. the breakfast was great turkish style breakfast. it was not far to walk into town from here and had a stunning view from the roof top.

The wifi was not the most reliable. It seemed to work about half the time but eventually would cut out or be very very slow

The location was excellent for access to everything we were looking for. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shops, travel excursion offices and the bus station. Sergio was such a great host! Always welcoming, very accommodating, super helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He made us feel very welcomed and helped us with booking excursions and renting a car. He was there preparing breakfast in the morning and had a delightful spread available. The view of the balloons from the rooftop was the primary reason I chose this hotel and it did not disappoint! We woke up early every morning and watched them float over the valley as we sat in comfort and captured lovely photos. We had arrived very early as we came from an overnight bus. The check in time was not until 2pm, and this was made very clear ahead of our arrival. Sergio helped store our luggage in a safe location and we were super lucky the guests ahead of us checked out so early that Sergio looked for us and was able to give us access ahead of the check in time. After the rough night we had on the bus, we were incredibly grateful!

It’s a great property, at the best location of the town offering splendid views from the rooms and roof top. The room was very clean and also beautifully designed. My mother was traveling alone and I was worried, but Sergio met her like she was a friend. He showed her around the hotel, let her pick the room that she very much liked! I must notice that Sergio is a chef and breakfasts at the hotel were great!! He somehow managed to get her balloon booking, even thou everything was booked for days ahead. He helped her with other excursions and when she decided to stay another day in Cappadocia but Pashahan was fully booked, Sergio helped my mother get another hotel and he even took her there in his car (but she said Pashahan was much better). He also organized airport transfers for her. From the time of the booking until the very end Sergio kept me informed thru WhatsApp so I would not worry about my mother. If you want to visit Cappadocia and see the best of it - pick this hotel! You will not regret! I cannot thank Sergio enough for the hospitality that he showed and my mother 100% recommends his hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and really liked the hotel. Cozy, comfortable and clean room. Sergio is a special compliment! Location was great, just 5 minute walk from town in a quiet street. The host (Sergio) was so helpful and personable. He can help with booking tours and is very knowledgeable of the region. We loved our morning chats with him!

It was a truly wonderful stay. Sergio (the owner) made sure that everything was top notch, he always stayed in touch and was super friendly and sweet. He took care of booking all the trips and a balloon flight for very fair prices and went an extra mile to give valuable information about the region. He even provided a room upgrade free of charge which was super nice. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Cappadocia and you can even see the balloons from the room's or the hotel's terrace. Breakfast was very tasty and there was enough variety and it's possible to get an early one if you're leaving for the airport in the morning. There's a pretty spacious parking spot by Göreme's standards if you are coming by car. Overall, I can highly recommend this hotel.
