Nos proporcionou um check in early porque era possível naquele momento e ficamos muito agradecidos. Ele nos deu dicas de passeios e Transfer e fez o possível para que nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível, e de fato conseguiu! Destaque também para o café da manhã feito por ele e as boas conversas que tivemos. Recomendo esse hotel a todos os meus amigos. It provided us with an early check in because it was possible at that time and we were very grateful. ItalySergio, the owner of the hotel, and his son are great hosts and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs, from giving us directions, historical briefs and context, sharing stories, assisting with reservations and preparing a very good breakfast. They are always there when you need them and will make you feel you're a friend rather than a guest, yet maintaining a professional attitude. The hotel is a little nice gem, close to the centre of Goreme, with a beautiful terrace to watch the balloons from.

RussiaIdeally, you can add a bathrobe, a body sponge and a place to dry clothes. We got caught in the rain and didn't know where in the room to hang our clothes to dry. These are just suggestions and will not affect my rating. I liked everything.
Great place. Thanks for a pleasant vacation. Good location. The hotel is on the plane. This makes getting to the hotel convenient. Also it is close to city center I liked the spacious and clean room. The room had everything you need. The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable, and were always ready to help me with any questions. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel and would definitely return again if I have the opportunity to visit Cappadocia in the future.

GermanyWe really enjoyed the personal touch. We felt rather at home and not like in a hotel because of the lovely interior and chats with the host. Anyway, the hotel services like cleaning and breakfast were of course provided and always very good. Plus, the rooftop is amazing, we chilled there many nights and had a great spot to see balloons. We also got assistance with every need - from ordering a snack to renting a car. The location is also good because it's nice and quiet but the lively city center is a very short walk away (way closer than we expected!!). All in all we would book here again!

Pashahan has been the best hotel I have stayed in by far! It may not be the biggest of hotels, but it will certainly exceed your expectations. The location is amazing, very close to all the tourist activity locations, we even saw the hot air balloons fly over our terrace in the morning! The owner of the Hotel has been fantastic looking after us. He made sure we had everything we wanted, he went above and beyond to book our activities for us. I can now see why Pashahan has such a high rating on booking.com, I highly recommend this hotel, you will not regret it!

Lovely small hotel near the center of the town but in a quiet location. Great breakfasts and a good wifi connection. Very pleasant and helpful owner, who talked to me about the area and arranged a tour for me. The staff were also very personable. The view from the balcony in my room was great, perfect for watching the balloons in the morning. Would definitely stay there again.

Just checked out and I had to write this review immediately because of the lovely experience here. First of all Sergio is one of the best host I have ever come across. He is helpful, very informative, and has a lot of stories to tell 🙂. Makes the experience all the more amazing of staying at this hotel. Secondly, the location is great just a 5 mins walk to the city Centre and you can find restaurants and shops along the way as well. The hotel is super clean, good rooms - we took the one with balcony which had amazing view. The room is big as well. All amenities available . Ample lighting, air con, heater and a nice comfy bed. The breakfast is at the terrace, which is very cute. Sergio also makes the nicest omelettes! And you can see the hot air balloons from there early morning too. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay here, no doubt one of the best hotels in Cappadocia.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Sergio and his family really made us feel at home. The location is very good, close to the main town center but quiet. There is a lovely terrace where we had breakfast everyday (fresh eggs, yogurt, coffee etc). The rooms where tastefully decorated and comfortable.

AustraliaFrom our arrival Sergio and his staff (including Pasha, the dog) greeted us like old friends. The hotel is in a great location and the room was very large. Breakfast each day was delightful with freshly made eggs on request. The rooftop is a great place to watch the balloons at sunrise or have a drink in the evening overlooking Goreme. Sergio was very helpful booking a balloon flight at short notice and our airport transfers. If we are back in Goreme we would definitely stay again and will recommend Pashahan Hotel to all out friends visiting the area in the future.

United KingdomNothing that I didn't like. Just one recommendation for light sleepers though. The dog Pasha is super cute and sweet. However, it does bark every now and then in the night so if you are a light sleeper you might want to consider ear plugs. I always have them with me when I travel so I didn't have any problems at all and slept very well.
The hotel was very clean - one of the cleanest I have seen recently in various countries. The room was very spacious and the bed large and comfortable! Sergio, the owner, is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. He genuinely wants his guest to have a great time in Cappadocia. He helped us with booking some tours and the airport transfer and he is always around to ensure his guests are ok and to have a chat with him. I don't know where those very few negative reviews on this website come from but I wouldn't trust them! The terrace is great as you can see the balloons in the morning and chill out at any time during the day and night.

We stayed there for three nights. From the first day we received the warmest welcome from Sergio and during the stay he always offers his support to us. We enjoyed the time in Cappadocia very much. Location is good and close to the center. Parking area behind the hotel is large and easy to access. Room is very clean and bed is comfortable.
