Though the room wasn't very large, we loved it for the cleanliness.and amazing view. Highly recommend this property for their friendly staff too. Keep up the good standard guys, cheers!!!

There were no fruits, juice or wide variety in breakfast. A through professional cleaning of the rooms are needed.

Air ventilation mixed with smell from the kitchen ventilation system. Especially fried stuff smelling all over the place, even in the elavator. - In the fitness room the cardio stuff is not working and the air ventilation is bad. - Spa area smells like Kentucky Fried Chicken

Very good location with parking possibilities - Pet friendly. Our dog was highly welcome and loved the place - View to the seaside is very nice - Hotel Stuff is very friendly - Meeting room is good for people who want to work from abroad

Perfect location , for a calm and nice getaway by the beach ! everything was sooo clean in the hotel and also around it ! the spa was amazing , you just need to pay extra for the turkish hamam and masssage . but the staff were all friendly . I enjoyed every min of it ! would recommend 100/100

The location is near a mosque, so the prayers can be quite loud and disturbing. The breakfast was awful, and I didn’t eat there once, there was no American choice as advertised. The staff lack maturity, and you see them sitting on the desk on their phones, so unprofessional. But even more unprofessional when I asked for the managers name and was refused! The gym needs a full upgrade, some equipment don’t work.

The hotel is a boutique hotel, my room was small, but clean and comfortable. The location is good too. The revive resturant was nice and had a great a pizza from there.

Not a big deal but access to treadmill earlier in the day would be nice.

Location was spot on, the beach was right outside the door. Great beachfront with pathways for every need. A good restaurant on site, very nice breakfast especially when the scrambled eggs were out.

Pearly was a very good entry hotel for our tour group - comfortable spacious rooms with adequate wifi and electrical hookups, a decent/not great beachfront location and a very good turkish breakfast spread for each of the days of our stay, including simit and other breads, cheeses, eggs, jams and an array of fruits and veg. ok coffee and tea. Pleasant staff and good restaurants within a short walk and a taxi stand right in front, companions said spa treatments were a good deal.

1. Reception and concierge staff are not pleasant or welcoming. They all come off with an attitude and very bothered if you ask for help or advice in anyway (which I did bc I stayed for 8 nights). Their demeanor made me uncomfortable any time I needed to ask for something. 2. Stayed in a corner room with view and jacuzzi, on the 8th floor, views were amazing but you get all the noise from the streets below and from room next door. You can literally hear people using the washroom, very uncomfortable. But that just might be a Turkey issue as most hotels do not have insulated walls. Also people are just rude and inconsiderate in hotels. People that travel need to learn that they’re not in their own homes and be quieter. 3. Bathroom is small. Fine for one person but might be uncomfortable for two. 4. Rooms are small for the price you pay, and the jacuzzi is not worth it. Mine had rose petals and hair come out of the jetts both times I used it, and a sewer smell. 5. Can’t stay long in the restaurant (even though I’d have loved to), there’s always someone smoking, so had to stay in my room a lot of the time to work, but also so that my clothes wouldn’t smell. (It might be smart to section off the restaurant into smoking/nonsmoking sections, as it’s big enough) 6. My ceiling leaked pretty badly when it rained. 7. Room repairs (walls, painting, silicon around windows, showers), really need to be addressed. 8. Laundry services are not available at hotel. They send them off for service and then get them back after 24-36hrs. But they give no information in the room for that and the information they gave me at concierge was incorrect, which was frustrating.

1. Beautiful location, across road from sea 2. Amazing food at the restaurant! No need to look elsewhere for food even though there are other options around. Plus the staff in the restaurant are extremely nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming. 3. Breakfast is good overall. Same cold options, different hot options. But hats off to the chefs. 4. Spa is nice and worth doing at least once. 5. Bed and pillows are nice and comfortable 6. Housekeeping every day (very sweet lady) 7. Room service is free (big pro if you’re working a lot from the room), plus water bottles are free. 8. Shower pressure is really nice! 9. Toiletries are ample, more variety than other basic hotels. 10. Balcony is small, but doable for 1-2ppl. It’s nice to just enjoy the sunrise in private. 11. Coffee/tea and kettle are available in room

thin walls, lights in the hot tube not working, the AC was on hot and there is no option to turn it cold cause' the building only has one mode for all the rooms so we had to request a fan and open windows

staff were amazing, the area is a block of heaven and close to all restaurants and right in front of the sea, amenities are great, view from the balcony is spectacular, the bed is comfy, and breakfast was royal. we truly enjoyed our stay

Rooms would be more comfortable if noise isolation was better. Could hear noises from other rooms and the corridor. But not too much to wake you up at nights.

Wonderful location and balcony sea view was exceptional. Hotel's restaurant downstairs Riviera Costa offers a huge variety of meals, the portions are huge and amazingly tasty. We stopped going out to other restaurants to eat and ate only in this restaurant. Staff is very friendly and hospitable.
