Be aware the walk from the hotel to the tram is up a fairly steep hill.

The staff were delightful and extremely helpful. The housemaid was particularly efficient, greeting us every morning and keeping the room continously spick and span. The central location is excellent for sightseeing, and there's easy access to the trams. There are many excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Wow what can I say about Pell palace hotel and Spa. The experience has been unforgettable. From the hotel, to the staff & service, it has been faultless. I was made to feel at home. Staff like Nazir, Eyup, Kaan, and Yousef were fantastic. They really did go above and beyond the call of duty. Even our cleaner Semiha was amazing. She catered for every little thing. Whatever was asked for was provided. Overall this hotel is really nice. The breakfast is great. I was given great advice regarding things to do around Istanbul. It was a perfect stay. Thank you everyone for making this amazing.

The Service was excellent, especially Mr. Kadri was always thinking one step ahead and we felt really welcome all the time. The room was clean and comfortable. We recommend the Spa area. The ladies were really nice and had magic hands.

Loved our stay at Pell palace hotel. One has to be prepared for that it is not your ordinary continental breakfast. Loved the shakshuka inspired eggs. The beds have a very firm madras, not bad but very firm

The stadig was super friendly and accommodating. My friend broke her leg at the last day and the staff really went above and beyond helping us. Location is perfect and quiet. Hotel was clean and housekeeping good

Hotel location is excellent with easy access to most local attractions like Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi, Basilica cistern etc. Hotel is clean equipped with all facilities. Specially, the reception staff (Emre & Qadri) are professional, English proficient and very helpful.

The location of the property is very good, everything is clean and well maintained and especially the staffs are excellent. I would like to mention the guy named ‘ Nezir ‘ who has been very helpful to us. Would love to come back here again.

The room was very warm and the bed was incredibly hard. We did ask them to put a topper on, but it was still quite uncomfortable.

Rooms a little bit dated and showed signs of use. Come to breakfast on time, later in the morning the spread of the buffet is smaller due to somethings not getting refills anymore.

Hotel is situated well near the old centrum, but just of the main roads so it is not too crowed/noisy. Hygiene is good and you can arrange through the hotel a driving service that has a fair price and ready on time. Bathroom is clean and has good water pressure even on the highest floor.

All was fine.

The location was fantastic. It was easy walking distance to sites such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia etc. The breakfast was excellent, with so many choices. It was a great Turkish breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well on a hot day, and the provided fridge helped keep the bottled water cool. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the airport shuttles were convenient.

I like the everything about the hotel! This hotel is a gem in Istanbul, friendly staff ( specially should mention “ KAAN “ and Ufuk they both welcomed us nicely and we felt like home. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much for the hospitality. Food is excellent & the room quality. 10/10

I was there first time and if i go again in instabul i will go back. All the staf was realy good and kaan the waiter in the bar to make you the cafe was realy good. The location and the breckfast is beter then foto. Tanks you all.
