We had a fantastic stay at Perla Cappadocia and can't fault our experience. The location is incredible, right opposite where the balloons take off every morning. You can also walk into town within a few minutes. The views are fantastic and the staff were amazing. A huge thank you to them all, especially Haroon for making it such a memorable trip thanks to his kindness and help. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning one day.

Although the location wasn't bad, it required about a 15-minute walk to reach the city center.

Excellent service. They assisted us with the balloon reservation, although ultimately we sorted it out on our own. Additionally, they coordinated transportation to the airport for us. The staff went above and beyond to give more than 100%. The rooms were super clean and equipped with all amenities. Being a small hotel, one felt at home.

The hotel is completely new; the room is very big with a comfortable bed and the bathroom has a really large shower. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The terrace is big and perfect for watch the hot air balloon. The staff were always ready for help me, they were amazing. We booked the hot air balloon, the horse ride back at sunset, the Turkish night dinner and the green tour with them

The staff, the cleanliness, the room style, the location, the view the facilities, the BREAKFAST, all five stars! It’s about 20 minutes walk from the centre where the cafes and restaurants are as well as the access to the top of hill to see the love valley from above. The breakfast at the hotel is superb! Staff are friendly and the room is very clean. The view was amazing. The whole experience staying in this hotel was unforgettably satisfactory.

It was so nice and the amenities in the room were so great. All of the staff were so kind and extremely Helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect because it’s close walking distance to city center But far enough away that it is so quiet. I have nothing bad to say about this property and the staff. Everything was so great. The terrace was so lovely as well

There was nothing I didn’t like. The only thing I’d say is it wasn’t as close as a lot of other hotels to the city but still within walking distance around 10 minutes.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Such attention to detail even down to Rees diffusers in all the stairwells making the whole hotel smell beautiful. Staff had amazing customer service, extremely helpful. The first night we arrived really late and the guy on the front desk picked us up takeaway, then our iPhone charger didn’t work so the other guy lent us his charger for the whole time we were there. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and so were the cleaners and breakfast staff. Amazing view of balloons.

There is nothing negative about this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and in a silent area of goreme 10 minutes walk from the center. Also it is located near many hiking paths. The room was very clean and the staff was cleaning up our room on a daily basis. The hotel also has a wonderful terrace with beautiful view to Goreme and Uchisar castle. A great thank you to Ata, his friend for the night shifts and the three lovely women who were preparing our breakfast and made us feel like home with their energy and smile. Also a big thanks for the assistance in the organization of all the activities that we did and moreover in the activities that the hotel organized for us, like the balloons. For sure book balloons via the hotel, they have the best prices and the activity is very well organized. Thank you, Chris

Good value for money. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, even had heated floors. Ata & Harooa were so welcoming and helpful with organizing transport and making plans for the day. It’s about 10 minute walk to the town but all flat and not too bad. Would recommend.

There are no stores nearby. Also, the staff never picked our calls when we dialled the reception. We had to go down to the reception every time to actually ask them anything and they were right there but they ignore any calls.

The nicest hotel ever! Super new and clean, you can tell it has been opened only recently. The hotel owners helped us arrange tours and answered all questions we had. The breakfast was truly great, and the ladies preparing them were beyond sweet <3 Also enjoyed the company of cats in the hotel - super cuddly and friendly. Most importantly - the view from the hotel is PERFECT if you want to see the air baloons. The terrace has a direct view to the baloon take off area, so you acually get a muuuuuch better view than from hotels downtown Goreme. Would not change a thing.

The location is superb, beautiful views, and you can watch the hot air balloons rise up from the hotel terrace. Breathtaking view of that. The service is amazing and personalised. Ata , who works at the front desk is very helpful, gives special attention, and goes out of the way to make the stay an amazing and memorable one. The breakfast is delicious too!

The hotel has been recently opened and everything is new and perfect. Location is very nice because it is close to the area with air balloons,you don't need ride anywhere just go up the terrace and enjoy. Also the staff is nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

The only thing that wasn‘t ideal was the shower, as the water fell quite irregularly. It seems it needed some unclogging.

The room was spacious, tidy and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful at all times. Plus: they had two very cute and sociable cats at the entrance.
