The only down full of the property was the check out- check out was 12noon and we needed it for 3, they acceptive this but my husband had a massage which we booked in the hotel for 2:30 (no other times available and we booked a 6 massage package) this went on for 1hour so we was over the 3 o’clock mark- they came to our room 3 times and I explained that he had a massage booked and obviously needs to shower before the flight/journey…. They then got manager to come to the door. They were not understanding of this situation.

Myself and my husband come to Antalya every November & we decided todo an all inclusive this time round. The food was out of this world. Staff where friendly. Rooms were good! However our plug kettle was broken. Attentive, when we asked for an iron and ironing board. Super clean. Overall very happy- just the location isn’t close to much so don’t expect walks to shops etc.

Sound insulation between the rooms could be better, the neighbour was very loud till late in the evening during the last day of my stay. The food variety could be improved, as the same dishes are repeated quite often. Porridge and soups weren’t that great.

The hotel is well located, close to the beach, nice area for walking nearby. Pleasant staff, rooms are good size, nice spa and tasty food. A very pleasant stay. Reception was kind to extend my check out to 2pm as my flight was in the evening, which was very helpful.

The beds can be updated. The room is amazing with great views. The mattress felt like it needed to be changed.

Some people should not be allowed to use open buffet bad manners I don’t want to mention which nationality but lately it seems there is a lot of them immigrated to Antalya or visiting it on holidays

The food is delicious. But instead of giving the same menu every day, it would be better to arrange different menus..

This was the best hotel we've probably ever stayed it. It was beautiful, excellent service, and we almost didn’t want to leave the hotel. The pool/spa were divine, and the location of hotel was soo convenient as it is too close to town and the many facilities. Also easily take taxis or public transport. The food was so tasty and the bar services were excellent. The staff was lovely and so helpful. Room was clean and had a great view of beach..Such a treat 🥰 and highly recommend it to everyone who wants to add colors to their holiday with a real 5-star hotel experience.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay. Having said that, the stay could have been even more exceptional, and reviews exist for a reason hence my candid and constructive feedback. 1) The hotel had seen its best days. Although the room was neat and tidy, there were obvious wears and tears. The towels were so overuse they needed to be replaced ASAP. The bed was stiff and not comfortable. 2) The beach was pebbles so slippers were needed. This wasn't a dislike, just different experience. 3) The coffee needed improvement. 4) The hotel used an old fashioned wristband system to differentiate clients who paid for different packages. The wristband could not be removed other than cutting it. I had it cut on the first day because it was just not comfortable to sleep with, and for multiple days. I didn't face much drama getting the services I had paid for, since I kept the cut wristband. A removable tag system will be much more efficient for both hotel and clients.

1) From the room's balcony, great view of the hotel pool, beach and the mountains. The balcony was clean. 2) Great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I like the grilled section the most. Food were replenished efficiently. The best part of the stay was definitely food and drinks. 3) There were decent amount of sunbeds on the beach. 4) The hotel operated its own taxis, and barred rideshare taxis from entering. At first glance, it looked like a scheme that immediately sowed doubt and distrust, after all taxi scams were well known in Istanbul and to some extent in Antalya. We had used the hotel operated taxis multiple times and found it to be actually an advantage. They were the same yellow taxis with the same metered rate, and we did not encounter taxi scams. A notable experience was the day we were hopping between places using the same taxi. The driver waited for us while we did our thing, and our last destination was Land of Legends, altogether some 8-9 hours of the driver's time, as we only left after the night show finished around 11pm. The driver charged honest rate and even didn't charge the waiting time in full. We only paid all at once when we reached our hotel at the end. 5) Gift at checkout.

We were able to fully appreciate the hotels jaw-dropping location, with excellent pool and beach views from our room. Easy access to the beach was a major plus and the food and drinks were exceptional and plentiful throughout. We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 1 week and it was a very good experience. From the amazing buffet every day to the shows in the night it was always a nice vibe. The beach is the best in Antalya and right infront of the hotel!

The Hotel lobby and spa area might need slight renovation soon (still it is good enough), but with really nice quality rooms it is not an issue at all.

The rooms are renovated and very comfortable. Location is very good, with a private, clean and picturesque beach. Hotel staff are really responsive, professional, smiling and service oriented. Good quality food in the restaurants. Special thanks to the Guest relations professional Kristina.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and staff was very friendly. The food was great, a very big selection of items. Nice view of the mountains, enjoyed the walk out to the beach. The old town is a short taxi ride.
