It wasn't obvious that any breakfast was being served. We thought not but in the morning, looking down at the street we saw tables out with people drinking coffee, so maybe there was breakfast and we just didn't know! 🤪

Clean comfortable room with a nice shower.. Its close to the park which was nice. Easy to walk to the coast. We were only stopping over for one night after a flight into Izmir. This was a great choice of hotel for that purpose.

We stayed at the Punta Vista hotel for 6 nights on March 17, 2024. Since the reason for our trip was a city trip, the main thing for us when choosing a hotel was the location and cleanliness of the hotel. Thankfully, both issues did not mislead us in our choice. While making a choice, the opinions of the guests during the last 1 year helped us a lot. For this reason, I also prefer to write in detail. The hotel is a small apartment hotel. There is no food service. It is located at an ideal distance to all directions of the city. It was not a noisy and tiring zone. The hotel staff were very kind, smiling and helpful. They helped closely even in the smallest detail. The room was cleaned every day even if we didn't inform. It would not be wrong to say that it was one of the most suitable options for the period we visited, both in terms of price and location. Thanks again everyone! Səfər səbəbimiz şəhər gəzintisi olduğu üçün otel seçimi edərkən bizim üçün əsas məsələ otelin yerləşmə yeri və təmizliyi idi. Şükür ki hər iki məsələ bizi seçimimizdə yanıltmadı. Seçim edərkən qonaqların son 1 il ərzində olan rəyləri bizə çox kömək olmuşdu. Bu səbəbdən mən də ətraflı yazmağı üstün tuturam. Otel kiçik apart oteldir. Yemək servisi yoxdur. Şəhərin bütün istiqamətlərinə ideal məsafədə yerləşir. Səs-küylü və yorucu zona deyildi. Otel əməkdaşları çox mehriban, gülərüz və köməksevər idilər. Ən xırda detalda belə yaxından köməklik göstərirdilər. Biz bildirməsək belə otaq hər gün təmizlənirdi. Getdiyimiz dövr üçün həm qiymətinə, həm də yerləşməsinə görə ən uyğun variantlardan biri idi desək yanılmarıq. Bir daha hər kəsə təşəkkür edirik! İşlərinizdə uğurlar arzulayırıq !

- location was not good - It looked more like a hostel than a hotel. - The bed in my room was very old

- business employees were kind - toilet and bathroom were clean - There was no hot water problem - It was generally clean.

Nothing actually, just the left side of the double bed. It seemed so many people have been sitting there, so it was a bit crooked and made the bed uneven on the rear. It made you sleeping more to the middle part. Other than that we love our stay.

The staff was nice. I even got helps before I got there. Seyda helped me organizing the driver, Ali, to have the private trips to Ephesus and the rest of 7 churches (Pergamon, Thyatira, Philadelphia and Sardis). Ali, the recommended driver, could take you to authentic places to eat the local food. He was nice, generous (providing snacks on the way) and funny. Soner helped us to get a ride to the airport on the check out day. We were taken care well. We had a great time staying in the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Ufuk, the owner, made sure we got all we needed. There were some bakeries around to get fresh breads for breakfast, drug stores and mini markets to get snacks. The hotel also provided free coffee, teas in their lounge.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast in the morning but there are restaurants in the street and you can bring food into the hotel as they have a dining area.

The staff was really amazing. They were easy to reach out and reserved a parking spot for us on the street. Special shout out to Uffaq was immensely helpful and guided us about major attractions in izmir and beyond. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The location is great too about a 20 minute walk to the clock tower.

Some more storage facilities in the room would be helpful

Decent choise in Izmir. The location is central in walkable distance from the center and the coast. The staff was very helpful, the room clean and the beds comfortable. Spacious bathroom.

The area quite packed, it may due to the location which near to hospital area.

The hotel room is clean, spacious. Bedsheet smells very fresh, thus show it is clean properly. Hotel got comfortable place to sit at the lobby. The staff very friendly and offer if we want any help. Hotel got parking at the street in front of it, they put cone to indicate its their parking & will assist you. Great experience!

Its about a 7 minute walk going to the metro, The owner of the hotel is accommodating and helped us a lot. We recommend booking this hotel.

The only issue we had was a late-night dispute between two barking dogs in the street but that was certainly not a reflection on the hotel.

The hotel is located in a central area and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend Punta Vista to fellow travelers stopping in Izmir.

Really friendly and available staff who did their best to help us with anything - early check in, booking taxi for the airport, giving us advice on tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and nice, free coffee or tea is offered anytime. Location is great.

Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. Staff is very humble, specially ufuk. He speaks english very well and is very hospitable. Highly recommended stay in izmir and in budget.

The hotel was well located and clean. Good value for money. The strongest point was the staff members who were very helpful, especially Soner at the reception that was always very polite and offered great tips for the city. As an overall, there was a nice vibe and welcoming atmosphere and I enjoyed my experience.
