The weather was cold, and there was no heating system in the room. When I asked at reception desk, They sent Me an extra blanket!

Location is not far from Centre, and all facilities were nice, except heating, The whole hotel was cold.

We stayed at the Radisson property for 2 nights and were upgraded to a better room, which was a nice gesture. However, our experience with the breakfast section fell short of Radisson's standards. Despite our vegetarian request from the beginning, there were no options available initially. After requesting, the chef offered to make basic pasta, but it arrived without any sauce. Although they promised better options the next day, we had to remind them again, and there were still no suitable choices. Overall, the staff's behavior was disappointing, with communication being difficult due to language barriers. It's surprising for an international hotel to lack vegetarian options, and the staff could benefit from improved training in both language skills and hospitality.

Everything was great, room was very clean and bathroom. The balcony view over forest and mountain was lovely, however this was a reason of small bugs from outside to come through the balcony because of the surrounding green land. We at least enjoyed the balcony view. The only draw back is the steep hill when we are coming back to the hotel, this will be an issue if you’re gonna use public transportation as the stop is down the hill. However, if you are using taxi or renting a car this won’t be an issue at all. The hotel was close from a very nice attraction where you can have a great walk or enjoy meals while looking at Trabzon from top.

Location is very good, quite, and close to Trabzon square (5 mins), Trabzon walkway (across the street), and airport (10 mins). View is amazing (book a sea view room). Spa and restaurant were good as well. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They have type G sockets in the rooms so no need for adaptors.

The location was not perfect. It was not close to any cafés or restaurants.. It was near a place where tourist stopped to take pictures of Trebzon, because the hotel is located up on the hill .  driving up to the hotel The neighborhood was not very pretty Very steep hills. Hard to walk for a long time. I wish they had more people in the hotel that spoke English Also, I would have liked to be informed that the ride from the airport to the hotel the price is different from arranging it for someone to pick you up rather than a taxi. We paid 600 liras for someone to pick us up but when we left, we went by taxi and it only cost us 200 liras. It is a very short ride from the airport to the hotel. Also, we arranged for private tours for two days, and the driver did not speak a word of English. He communicated a couple of times via his phone translator app. It’s a bit awkward to be with someone for eight hours and does not understand a word you’re saying so we didn’t speak at all during the rides.

They upgraded us to a suite , which was very nice with a spectacular view.  Very nice breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Beautiful swimming pool Along with the gym . We did not use the swimming pool or the gym but we did visit them and they were very nice.. we spent two evenings on the balcony down the lobby for cocktails with a spectacular view , beautiful hotel overall.

The restaurant in the hotel is not the best unfortunately a little far from the center but the view from the hotel is nice Well if you get the premium room you will be facing an old house next to you which makes the view from there not so prefect

Its hard to reach the hotel bcz of the construction. The bed not comfy at all with very hard pillows. The room needs more renovation. Overall its not bad

The road to the hotel is bad. They advertised indoor and outdoor pools, we stayed 8 days, indoor pool was not open. Not sure if it ever opens.

Location is great for the sea view rooms only, in the mountain view rooms the view is poor. Photos are deceiving.

Location is awful, in case if you are foreigner and driving the car in Trabzon, you will have to drive rally through narrow roads while going and coming- constructions all the way arohnd, roads are closed, google map does not work properly. But if you will use a taxi and driver will pick you up for a sightseens- then it is a good stay.

Hotel is clean. Staff is very helpful and respectful. Nice view from terrace.

Mountain View rooms have poor views blocked mostly by uphill road, Breakfast is overrated, and quality / variety below expected. Wifi is available, but poor signal even at reception difficult to use wifi for payment. Indoor swimming pool was closed for the 8 days of our stay, not sure if it is in operation.

the reception staff were slow, the staff working in the dining area were either bored or not in the mood to speak to guests, having a tip box in the breakfast egg station was not something that i expected.

the location was amazing, the view was out of this world, the breakfast was amazing. the valet service was great.
