It is extremely close to the Istiklal Avenue and the streets with bars and live music. The hotel is newly renovated, clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The noise outside was something else. The area supports many nightclubs and they pump the bass until after 4am. Even with earplugs wedged in it’s extremely difficult to relax. This was in the early part of the week. Absolutely everything else was brilliant: I went on a holiday around Turkey after staying at Istanbul, and I rate Rafinn Hotel as very good in comparison.

The breakfast was pleasant, the bed was phenomenally comfortable. (reaaaaly comfortable!) everything was really clean. Easy walk to the main pedestrian street. Staff accomodating. Really good value for money. Walking distance to all other tourist spots (if you’re a walker). Nice bustling area. Safe.

Great location - just a stone's throw from Istiklal str. There is private parking right next to the hotel, available for a normal fee. The staff is kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Nice hotel. Everything is modern and clean. Our room was spacious and had the high ceiling which is definitely great. The bathroom was comfortable and had enough space. Moreover, this hotel is dog-friendly , we stayed with our dog and had no issues. Breakfast is ok but might be better. I would like to thank a guy on the reception, he is from Azerbaijan. He helped us to get a taxi during traffic jam with a worthy price. Thanks a lot.

The biggest drawback to our room was that it smelled like sewage. One night when we were going to sleep, the smell was so bad that we could not sleep. We also told the receptionist, but it didn't help. The breakfast was good but it was the same every day and the breakfast was very small and inappropriate.

The location of the hotel was very great, our room was on the top floor and it was great in terms of size and cleanliness, just like the photos on the site. Turkish tea at the breakfast table was unique!

The room was too small. I was with my wife and we couldn't move freely within the room. I don't know if this is the case of all the rooms but room 17 in the 4th floor is too small The reception staff (3 persons) is kind and they speak english but one of them was a bit harsh and Sometime he did not respond to us when we tell him good morning or good evening.

Location is excellent. The fact that the hotel was equipped with an elevator is very important. The breakfast is satisfying. The hotel is clean.

In general everything was fine except some cases during check in and check out. First of receptionist asked a cash deposit amount which was never shown on my booking reservation. I asked him why it was never mentioned before and couldnt get any proper answer. I wanted to pay the deposit fee by credit card which is very common in anywhere in the world but he said they only accept cash amount for deposit. I said okay I'm going to pay it but please give me a receipt which shows that i paid this deposit amount and you took it from me, signed and stamped. He said they will prepare it and give it to me. I went up my room and after some hours i went down back to ask about receipt but he told me they cant organize a receipt that they too deposit from me. I said in case you deny that i paid this amount as a deposit then how can i prove that, there was no answer as expected. Also when I'm leaving I asked an official invoice and they sent me a non official word file. After my stay I asked twice to get official invoice and finally I could get it. Such administrative issues should be clear satisfy Guests.

Location is really good and easy to access. Breakfast is enough and good. Rooms are cozy and stylish. You can reach subway and all necessary things around easily just by some little walk. You are definetely in the heart of city.
