Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaLocation is a bit of the way for all the sights. You need to take a taxi about 20 mins in. But it's a comfortable and quiet hotel. The thermal pool was good after a day of walking. Breakfast was also good.

United KingdomThe breakfast was really good, the staff excellent and in general they really cared and made my limited stay excellent. The parking was free and easy. The down side was that the spa was not open when we got there and did not open until 9am the following morning. This was not good by the time I could use the spa breakfast would be too rushed. However overall the hotel was great and I'd certainly stay again.

SloveniaI didn't experienced anything bad. I had in Bursa in the past some "not expected" ocasions, but here is everything according to expectations for me.
Perfect location to visit old town, big free parking place and a lot of hospitality of personnel I didn't have anny turkish Lira only Euros. Receptionist offered me 100 Liras for paying the taxi driving me in the old city with comment, you will exchange money in the city and pay me back after your return. Hospitality on high level! Breakfast real turkish breakfast with a lot of tasteful vegetables, cheese and fruits. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham, I will for sure come back again! Dare

South Africaroom was on first floor - and when people at reception make a noise - you can hear it. There was a group of people that came in late after 11pm - and they continued to make a noise till about 3am. hotel management should at least stop this - since it is happening in the common area
the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 5kmn from the city centre - so need a taxi to get into town.
