It could have been cleaner, in my opinion. Being from a famous hotel chain.. usually, everything is almost perfect. At least, this has been my experience in other countries where I've stayed at these type of hotels.

The room was really hot when we arrived and took a few hours to cool off.

We loved this hotel. The girl (Asha) checking us in was super sweet. And the rooms were so modern and classy. We loved the shower especially- and our view from the corner room we had. We would have loved to have spent more time here. The location is great- with restaurants nearby. And the breakfast was super classy.

It’s suited to my needs. I was in Adiyaman to work remotely AND also see Mt Nemrut. Staying in the Ramada provided the comfort that I needed. The manager, Mr Okay Oskun, was very helpful during my stay. I got to check in early after a long bus ride from Kayseri and he also helped me arrange transportation to Mt Nemrut. He is also receptive to feedback.

- too expensive! The most expensive hotel in my one month trip in Turkey, staying in Istanbul, izmir, Pammukale, Fethiye, Antalya, Ankara and Goreme. How come a so damaged city can have a so expensive hotel? - 3 days before my arrival, I sent a message via Booking, saying I would arrive really early at the otogar of Adiyaman, I asked them if they could get me a taxi, I knew the otogar would be empty (and it turn out it was completely empty, I was the only person who got off the bus at 6 in the morning) They never reply to me despite my second email, sent one day before my arrival!!! I was a solo female traveller and expected the hotel to help me with a very basic request, they just ignored me, which is incredibly unprofessional. - when I left the hotel I asked them to get me a taxi for the airport, which they did, the taxi was dirty, it didn't look professional. the taxi driver tried to rip me off by switching off the taxi metre after a few meters and asking me too much money for the trip. The hotel fixed it by phone but they should be more cautious about the taxis they work with. Never a taxi in Turkey had rip me off until the one the hotel got me. - except the lovely smiley womanl I saw in the evening, I found the rest of the staff at the lobby terribly cold, maybe there were stressed to have an English speaking client but not getting any smile for two days didn't make me feel welcomed. -To conclude: very modern hotel but when we pay 70€ for one night (that is the same price I would pay in France, outside of Paris) we expect more than just a nice decoration, the service must be excellent, which wasnt the case at all!
