Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The staff was amazing. For example, I forgot my jacket and they kept it until my friend pick it up. We came to the hotel always late because of work but the room service is open for 7/24. One night, I had to order Turkish meatball at 2:00 AM and it was delicious. Sometimes I need ice bucket to get fresh myself after work, the staff always gave me a huge ice bucket.

United StatesThe hotel looked very new and our room was super modern, large and comfortable. We never stayed at Ramada outside US, and we were pleasantly surprised to say the least. It appeared to be definitely high rank. Breakfast was extra, but it was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant and it was amazing, both food and service. If you ever need an overnight stay on you way along the coast - this is definitely my recommendation.

The first time I would give 10/10 because the room was perfect, breakfast delicious The second time it was worse - we got a room where someone smoked cigarettes (and a lot) and even the hotel staff tried (it was not really in the way I would imagine for a 4* hotel) it did not help. the second time (week difference) the breakfast was just average. parking in front of hotel, convinient.

United KingdomOnly a very minor one, we weren't made aware fresh eggs/omelette were available at breakfast. The kept warm, fried ones weren't great, so it would have been nice to get some fresh to order. We saw others do that but just as we had finished.
Everything was really good. Clean, new, large rooms. One of the best places we've stayed for a while and a very enjoyable stay.

The stuff for exceedingly helpful and friendly staff with older family members, they spoke English which was extremely helpful because we don’t speak much Turkish. The king room was huge and was extremely comfortable, the view was beautiful overlooking the bay. The breakfast was excellent, and even as Europeans, we could move around the Turkish offerings, and the European offerings. Room service dinner was delicious.

Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Reem who works at the restaurant. Room was good size, but in order to get a quite room we had to stay in a room without any good view, but it didn't matter mush. Breakfast was great.

MexicoThe location. The name says Izmir Aliaga, and as someone who was visiting for the first time, it was not easy to know that Aliaga is in fact another town/city and not a neighborhood in Izmir. We had to drive quite a while to reach the hotel.
The hotel was very nice, the food in the restaurant was tasty and unespensive, and the breakfast (was included) and has enough variety. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
