We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

In room everything you need, beds very comfy, air conditioning working very well and quiet, powerful shower. Delicious breakfast with lots options. Staff very nice and helpful. For me great choice in Van, not far to Akdamar Island.

Super comfortable, luxurious standard room with plenty of space and attention to every detail and comfort with beautiful sea view and sunset. We enjoyed using the gym and it was lovely to sit on the terrace overlooking the lake. I would like to have stayed in that room forever. Genuinely lovely, cared for hotel. Ramada all the way for me in future. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

ChinaThe location is a bit far (about 11 km) from center, but it is not the end of the world. You can enjoy cafe and the lakeview.
The staff is so friendly, one of the manager is trying his best to help. The breakfast is amazing and satisfying. Room is very big and bed is comfortable. It is very nice to see the sunset from the terrace. And the restaurant also serve dinner, very tasty and price very reasonable.
