The room was very nice, clean, good size, very comfortable bed. The view was also very nice. It is next to the metro, so it is very easy to reach anywhere in Izmir. There are many shopping malls within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was also very nice, adequate amount of variety. We loved our stay at Ramada Encore.

Bed and pillows were not comfortable but I am very picky on this issue. The hotel needs some renovations, new chairs and tiling/painting.

Location is really good, in the middle of shopping centers, food courts and cafes.

I paid more price for the same room. All of my colleagues booked the room on the same day and we opted for the same facilities but I paid 20% more than my other colleagues and nobody replied to me why it was so. Even I asked the same from the hotel management but they did not reply as well.

Not all staff speak English and it was a struggle to order room service. Toiletries provided very very poor quality.

Quite off centre but convenient for price point. Very good breakfast and reception staff is very helpful.

I stayed in a non smoking room. One day I came back from work to find the room stinking of smoke. I suspect the cleaning staff had smoked in the room. The curtains were not the same level The cupboard door did not close properly and remained open all the time

Breakfast is moderate. Cleanliness and staff is good. But generally speaking property does not meet value for money expectations. Expensive for these type of hotel.

I asked for a non smoking room but was gives a stinking smoking room. Staff are not friendly or helpful. There is no Bellboy service. Breakfast was average. Was asked to pay extra for a fried egg or scrambled egg.

The location is excellent. The hotel is clean and neat.

Don’t stay in room 149. You will not sleep from the night club noise. Don’t use Euphoria Spa, the manager will over bill you.

Hard to communicate (language barrier) but in all Izmir not only in the hotel.

Near the hotel many restaurants, pubs, shopping center, decathlon. the bus station is 5 mins walk, from where you can get to the metro or the citycenter. The breakfast was so rich and nice.

I wish there was a free gym and swimming pool in the hotel

we had a car so it was really easy to access by the car, the breakfast was satisfying, room was clean, big enough, and quiet, very nice view on the 17th floor, there are some good restaurants around the hotel

staff could be better with handling problems. ıf you will rent a room for a group that will party, place them in an isolated room. hotel clerk kindly had to change our room at 1 a.m, but then that cause trouble at breakfqst although it is included, things can be improved a bit

The hotel was clean,but the follow-up cleaning sometimes is by request, and the cleaning materials such as hygiene are not enough and the medical masks are not available

The front desk there is one man working when I reached //check in at hotel in have some currency exchange confusion with taxi driver and he shouldn't help me and asked me to go next door for currency exchange.. this is not good behave with tourist. I don't know his name.. Also how you put plastic small tea cup in a room ?? It's nit suitable with ramada as we are stay in different country. It's not good and when I asked glass of tea cup they ignore. Yes but next day there is one lady and another staff was there and they help me a lot and they discussed all points with taxi driver in their turkish language before I traveled and its help me a lot... I appreciate that.
