We didn't find our initial room very satisfactory and it was changed and upgraded the following day without any fuss at all. Many thanks to the staff on the front desk for that and other questions etc. that they helped us with!

Bathroom privacy without lock! Small rooms. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Smoking around hotel.

The alley was silent. Access to metro, bus, taxi and tramway, was good as well as exchange and phone store. Staff were perfect especially Kerim. Breakfast was good.

The cleanliness could be upgraded , Also the sinks in bathroom were clogged and and the towel racks were under the sink which made it odd as while brushing or using the sink any person would easily drop water on clean towels . breakfast could be better by offering different varieties of good .

Location was good, bazaar is walking distance. Cheap shopping. Breakfast was simple and ok. In starting we had a complaint in the room afterwhich we got an upgrade. For the price its good. Helpfull staff.

Our trip started off by me being slightly underwhelmed by the room we received as it did not match the pictures I had seen. It was explained to me that they had different versions of the same room but they immediately moved me to the top floor into a more spacious room with a balcony that included a table area. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main tourist attractions, which is close enough but yet far enough to be away from the noise and hustle and bustle. I actually preferred it this way. Restaurants and cafes were nearby so you did not have to go too far. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent and varied. There were choices of cereal, salads, potato salads, cheese salads, fruit salads, plain yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, cold meats, bread, baguettes, croissants, chocolatines and every type of egg you could want. The head chef was very polite and friendly and would make you fresh fried eggs or omelette whilst you waited. Always with a smile on his face. We really enjoyed our trip and having a really good hotel was an important part of that.

The aircon air smelt of cigarette smoke, so we couldn't use it. We could only open the window a tiny bit for fresh air, but had issues with people smoking outside so could only open the window when they were gone. The shower in the bathroom was a bit weird to use.

Breakfast was great. Sauna and Jacuzzi was free, clean and a good experience! Location was close to the Metro and Tram which was really useful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly!

Difficult access to taxis sometimes due to spontaneous road closures but only ever a short walk from where they drop you off.
