Great staff, beautiful pool and views. We had a great stay!

I didn't like that the all inclusive meals were not extended to room service. Additionally, the taste of the drinks varied based on who was making them so some of my cocktails were good and others were not.

The staff were wonderful and really made our stay fantastic! The pool was gorgeous and had beautiful views, you could also go into the sea. They had everything from snorkeling to a spa to shops inside. The meal options were varied and tasty as well. We liked our room and they provided us with whatever we asked whether it was robes or extra of anything. It's located within walking distance of Old Town which was nice to explore on occasion.

Price is at a high side. All the receptionists did not smile and looked grim. Cleaner don’t replace bathroom slipper at regular interval and I stayed for 4 nights . Did not replace tea bags at regular intervals. Hate the paper cups they provided and also did not replace it every day.

The games rooms was limited and kids corner was open for limited time. There isn't a lot of things to keep kids occupied.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the room was clean. The view from the outdoor swimming pool / cliff side were amazing.

The cleaning of the room and refilling of toiletpaper, showergel. We had to ask for it, but they did it quickly afterwards. Normally every hotel refills what is used the next day when they clean.

The location, the view of the restaurant , friendly staff(most of them), good food.

The price when you are travelling alone is somewhat high. And a course in English would be good for quite a many - but a good try and a nice smile helps a lot!

The room was comfortable having all I needed., the bed very good. The balcony facing the sea (a bit sideways) and the sun was just what I wanted. All the meals were good consisting of lots of vegetables, fruit, herbs... which I prefer. I especially enjoyed the spa! The face treatment, two massages and bath - lovely!! The program was good; best I liked water gymnastic, swimming in both sea and the pools in and out.

    Loved it!

The restaurant was a bit like a canteen but lovely if you are lucky enough to get a table outside with beautiful views. However the waiters were friendly but very slow - I often had to find my own cutlery from another table - I would recommend getting a drink from the bar and taking it in with you! Entertainment wasn't great, especially 'Oldies Night' which I was disappointed in - just the animation team playing random songs with completely different music videos showing - I was expecting some Beatles music or similar.

Loved my room at the end nearest the sea (the hotel is located behind the restaurant building so no direct sea views but still nice views of the sea and mountains beyond). It had a huge bed (big window but no balcony) and another little room adjacent (no door) with a single bed and a small balcony with table and chairs. The food was good - especially the fresh strawberries most days and the mash potato at dinner! Glad I went all-inclusive - it was really worth it. Could order delicious freshly squeezed orange juice at the main bar and Indigo (pool bar) for €3 extra - took about 10 minutes for them to make it. Loved all the outside areas around the pool and beach/pontoon areas with bars at each - would probably be busy in the summer but lovely in April with sunbeds available everywhere. Felt very comfortable here and didn't want to come home!

The partial sea view room - it’s really partial. You can’t see any sea view from your room, you have to go to the balcony and see a small part of the sea from afar. It’s not very good value for money. There’re many hotels nearby with better sea views tbh. The front desk staff isn’t very helpful. I asked for a higher floor and was given a third floor room.

The restaurant and outdoor pool have nice sea views.

1.The receptionist in Spa has rude behavior. 2. Beach access through the underground passage will lead to the sea without sandy beach and water level with more than a person's height.

If you choose the all inclusive, be aware that the alcohol is not brand name and what I consider to be low quality.

Good location, lovely view, nice facilities, good buffet. There is no beach but the property has done an excellent job with all their decks and sun loungers. There is access to the water by a metal ladder.

Avoid the restaurant. Food looked great but wasn't pleasant. Even if the food was free it wasn't worth eating. Turkey has some amazing food but none of it will be found in the ramada dining room. If you can save money by going room only then do that and eat out, there are many food.options within 10 minutes walk.

The food in the restaurant. The problem with the food was that it looked great but tasted ultra bland or worse. Even the Turkish food was not great. Basically the food was better to photograph than it was to eat. One of our group had their birthday during our stay and they left a cake in the room which was a lovely surprise and looked wonderful but tasted awful. I would recommend a room only rate if you can to save money, even the breakfast wasn't worth eating, not even for free.

The views from the balcony and the location were great, walking distance from the historical centre. Pleasant lobby and good bar. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good beds. We selected a partial sea view balcony room, this was in the main building with good views, some of our group had a city view balcony, this was in the connecting building with no views. Rooms were cleaned daily, all-inclusive gave us a free minibar in room also.

    1. Although the building (with facilities and rooms) is designed and constructed very well, overall maintenance is poor. 2. The quality of service does not meet the 5star hotel level, e.g. cleaning, shower sets, reception staff responsiveness and attitude, room equipment is not working sometimes (like lights, iron, safe box, etc.).

The beach and outdoor pool are amazing (with this tunnel going from the hotel). Location is good.
