The admin is tasking. Things like sorting out water, kettles for coffee, bed duvets etc.

If you can stomach the random admin things (that most reviews refer to) and you can just settle in and start living in the hotel, you will be spoilt with one of THE BEST views of the beach and Marmaris money can offer. We slept with the door open and woke up every morning with the sun rise and the oceans small waves coming in to land on the beach. The location is also exactly in the middle of the long beach front, if you walk up you head to the water front and castle if you walk down you go to the MMM Migros and Blue Port Mall

Door to balcony not sealed and literally whistled all night. Had to stuff gap with a towel. Aircon not sufficient to warm the room Room absolutely stunk of smoke from previous guest Bathroom not particularly clean.

More cozy interior atmosphere in lobby and some shelves in the room would have been nice. Rooms are small but to have places to put our stuff could have helped..

View was amazing and that's why we booked this hotel - friendly staff that didn't hassle but acted very professional . We got what we paid for but to have 3. Floor view directly over Mrm is worth it all

Everything, it is not a hotel, smoked and this smell was all over the room, bathroom floor was a ashtray, we paid extra 60€ to make a room change.

The breakfast was unnecessarily poor. There is no lift so I easily walked off the poor breakfast thrice over as were on the third floor.

The location is fantastic- on the beach with the most stunning view of Marmaris bay. Easy walk to Marmaris port, old town and shopping bazaar.

We booked 2 rooms with my son and wife for 3 nights. Rooms were filthy. Human hairs, dust, leftovers, cigarette butts in trash, leaking shower, non working air condition, 2 cm gap between balcony room that lets the wind in. Non responsive, non helpful staff. My son found cockroaches in his room when he wakes up at night going bathroom. He left the room at 3:00 am at night and switched to another hotel. My wife and my self also left the premises in the morning after breakfast. Although we have booked for 3 nights 3 persons, we have stayed 1 night 2 persons. And paid in full, because the hotel did not agree to pay back :)

Breakfast was somewhat ok. Everything else was horrible.

Everything was more than excellent!

The hotel is located on an amazing place - on the first line of the sea coast. Actually, when people are going out, they are going immediately on the embakment walking street and on the beach. The restaurant if the hotel has a really rich menu and breakfasts, lunches and dinners are tasty and delicious. The hotel staff is incredibly polite and always ready to help their guests with everything they can! People, who are working there are those, who make the atmosphare friendly and pleasent. The rooms are clean and maintained. They have everything neccesery to spend the time in Marmaris in the best way. I would recommend this place to every single person, who wants to spend unforgettable time in the perl of Turkey! Thabk you very much!

Nothing to like in this place it was a disaster Could not stay even one night had to leave immediately and look for another hotel They even refused to refund us even for one night The owner was rude saying he doesn't care take it or leave it He told me he gave me the best room in the hotel which was disaster honestly Never ever book there

No hospitality, no house keeping, short breakfast time-window, no warm water (at the time of our stay)

My wife and I are very easy people, give us a clean bed and bedroom and we’re satisfied but we were really disappointed with our stay. First the staff were really grumpy and very antisocial. Whatever we could live with that, our room was not even cleaned ONCE during our stay.. We had to ask for toiletries and clean towels at the reception daily and were met yet again with grumpy staff. We barely had warm water when showering, we had to shower with cold water daily and the shower head was so broken it barely sprinkled water. The breakfast time-window was very short (8:30 am till 10:00) most places we stay at are always atleast 2 to 2,5 hours of a time window. We went down at 10:05 (reason we were down so late was because I was sick) and we were told that breakfast was over, mind your it wasn’t an open buffet but instead pre made plates from the fridge, so they could’ve made an exception and given us 2 plates. Nothing I would expect from a booking from booking.com quality, no hospitality whatsoever. Mr Yusuf and Mrs Aysel were the only two kind staff we encountered, who would listen to our complaints and were also very nice about it. I hate writing bad reviews because I feel bad doing so but I have to do this for the people who are thinking about staying here, to them I would say think twice.
