What i did not like in this hotel, is the beach. Indeed, coming for Tunisia, where we have the best beaches in the world, we were expecting turquoise kind if beach, but unfortunately, the beach is pebbly with dark color sand, making it not so beautiful, water is clean though. We did not like the prices practiced by this hotel, we believe they are outrageous, sincerely speaking.

My family and i liked the quality of the food. It was sincerely awsome. Great varieties, best quality, be it for breakfast lunch or dinner. The hotel also was the best in town, it has big garden, big swimming pool. I also lome the daily activities, like table tennis, etc.

Very helpful, polite staff. relaxed aura, high level hospitality. Different and healthy options of food, drinks. Tui Blue application is just awesome - very useful, gym program is perfect. you can have yoga, pilates, cycling and other programs everyday. Trainer of pilates, yoga, HIIT is Meral Minic. She is perfect - very knowledgeable, professional. you want to visit gym programs just for her :). She has very good program of Medical Stretching 👍🏻 also they have very good evening programs - just to enjoy your stay.

Everything about this place was wonderful, it is as they say, you get what you pay for. It was a little pricy, but you get everything you ever need from food to pool to bar to facilities to night shows and entertainment to snack bar and private beach. Really everything was top notch

Missing on room beach bag (for 5* resort i think is mandatory) on the room is not conditioner, missing body cream.. On restaurant Levante i had reservation with notice table next to Window..i had place in middle area and restaurant was empty.. Last day when i was on breakfast 7:00 a.m 10 minutes 0 waiters on floor..

Resort is very nice..i have to say that one of the best in Marmaris.. beach is best in town..

We got woken up by drunk people coming back from bars at 2-4am so we didn’t sleep well for a few nights.

The hotel staff were so helpful and friendly. The facilities were great. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely go back in future.

No room service during late night hour but you can order from outside or grab a sandwich from the grab and go/ reception.

The hotel is big with a great swimming pool and access to the beach. very clean, food was average however their a la carte restaurant was excellent. Great selection of good quality alcohol. Staff is very friendly. Excellent customer service. Special thanks to Ruth who ensured all our need were met. Not only she was kind, attentive, and patient, she went the extra mile to ensure we have a great time throughout our stay.

The hotel is one of the best in all respects. Cleanliness, service and food. The swimming pool is nice and clean and the beach is close. There are activities every night for the entertainment of the guests. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The mattress not arranged well for the king size bed since they combined two single beds together and there was a hight difference between them. Also we tried to have the standard blanket since the available was cover only but they answered that they don’t have it.

They can ruin a short holiday

We were not able to enjoy the trip, because the property charged us 360 EUR extra more, for 3 nights… It looks like booking.com had a system issue when we booked in March, we paid for 2 double rooms, 4 people, and the hotel somehow registered 2 double rooms for only 2 people! So 1 person in a double room!!! No matter the system issue booking.com had, who pays for 2 double rooms with 1 person in each room? So the hotel had no understanding for the ridiculous situation they created themselves when making the packages with booking.com, so we, the customers had to pay in the end. Very unpleasant, they refused to make the check-in until we paid the above amount.

Although the booking.com says that the hotel has no parking, there are about 10-12 parking spaces in front of the hotel. We stopped the car in front of the hotel, unloaded the luggage, the valet Mustafa helped us. He raised a parking cone, made me a place in the hotel parking lot and told me to leave the key, when I need the car I take the key from the reception. I asked both the valet, Mustafa, and the lady receptionist, whose name I did not remember, if the car stays in front of the hotel for the entire duration of the stay, and it was confirmed to me that it does. I gave a big tip to the valet for the help given and ....surprise! I went down in 2 hours and another car was parked instead of my car! I asked where my car was and I was told that they parked it 2 streets away from the hotel and that it's no problem, if I need it I can tell them and they'll bring it. What they did is not at all normal, I did not give them permission to drive the car, especially since it is a rented car with strict contractual clauses regarding the driver of the car. I also had money and documents in the car and it is not normal for someone to walk in the car without my consent! After a day or two, other cars came, including from Romania, which were able to park in front of the hotel. The whole holiday we were stressed by this situation. The room I stayed in was 341, car B92NOM. I repeat, it is not normal to drive your car on the streets without your consent, you could even commit crimes with the car, because I trusted you to leave the key at the reception! I will also send a complain to the management of the TUI group.Otherwise,very big noise in the hotel, loud music from the scene, the sliding door from balcony is hard to move and does not isolate the noise at all. The food is relative poor, the dishes are a bit repetitive and you almost beg the chefs to give you another piece of meat. The hotel is old and outdated, definitely not a 5 star hotel.

no toiletries in the room. you would need to bring your own shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, lotion etc. considering the cost you’re paying its just has to be there. sunbeds on a pier are extra $60 per person. you are not even allowed to go on the pier if you didn’t reserve the sunbed. hamam is useless because they keep it at room temp. So it not even warm. Unless you order a session for extra charge with professional.

staff is great, polite, entertaining. huge variety of food. you will find pretty much anything you want. bartenders, restaurant staff just awesome.

*Disappointing Experience at TUI BLUE AZUR* I recently had the opportunity to stay at TUI BLUE AZUR, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this hotel was not up to par with its advertised services and amenities. One of the most disappointing aspects of my stay was the low quality of the food services. The meals lacked taste, leaving much to be desired. Also, it caused me and my partner a very severe stomachache for our entire stay and as I talked to another guest of the hotel I came to know that it happened to them as well and left them with food poisoning. Additionally, the staff members responsible for serving the food were unfriendly and unprofessional, making the dining experience quite unpleasant. Moreover, the quality of the beverages and alcohol served at the hotel was subpar. The selection was limited, and the drinks lacked flavor and freshness. This was particularly disappointing for those looking to unwind and enjoy their stay with a refreshing beverage. To make matters worse, the waiters were completely unresponsive once their service hours were over. It was frustrating to seek assistance or ask questions, only to be met with silence and indifference. This lack of communication and customer service left a negative impression. Furthermore, the entertainment programs offered at the hotel were lackluster. The activities provided were repetitive and failed to engage the guests. It was evident that little effort was put into creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for visitors. Another issue I encountered was the high cost of staying at this hotel in comparison to the underwhelming services they provided. It was disheartening to see such a disparity between the prices charged and the quality of the amenities and overall experience. The value for money was simply not there.
