The staff were always very friendly and supportive. Haroon and the other receptionist were both always giving us their recommendations about places to go to. All of our additional requests were catered for during our stay. The hotel is in a beautiful location, and you can see some hot air balloons pass by. You might have to walk around a bit further if you wish to see a lot of hot air balloons like in the pictures.

At night time, the music around hotel is quite loudly until 10 pm.

Turkish Breakfast is good, but not much choices. Location is excellent, located at central of Goreme. Easy to walk for lunch and dinner. Room is big & comfortable, but double room no air conditioner, a bit hot at night.

Nothing. The hotel is up a short but steep hill which may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. However, it was worth it for the lovely views and close proximity to a viewing point

Great location. Clean, spacious and comfortable room with private terrace area. Staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging airport pickups, advice on how to get around, best areas to view the balloons etc. Wonderful Turkish breakfast each morning.

Harun our reception/manager was excellent and spoke English perfectly. He made us feel home and helped with getting around the area. Room was excellent with warm heating a/c and TV with WiFi. WiFi was excellent speed.

First of all Haroon!!!! What to say about him. Polite, and helpful. What else to ask from a receptionist? The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well decorated. Breakfast was delicious (coffee needs some improvement). The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. Excellent place to stay in Goreme.

The room was nice and comfy. Hotel located only a few minutes from centre of the town. Big 10 to kindly Haroon who made our lives easier arranging for us the ballon ride (flights cancelled on our initial reservation but Haroon sorted this out for next day on our behalf),daily tours and airport transfers. I would encourage everyone who plans a visit to stay there.

We thought we were getting a true cave suite, but it turned out that there were only a few of them, and we were given a regular stone walled room. It was great anyway, but just specify on booking. A couple of hitches with hot water, which was speedily rectified. The terrace is lower than expected, so we only had a one directional view, not a 360° that I was hoping for. Small issues for the overall excellent experience.

Fantastic location, superb staff especially Haroon, well organised trips, lovely breakfast. Everything ran like clockwork, and we could adjust the itinerary according to our timing. 4 minute walk down to the town and numerous restaurants and 4 minutes walk up to sunset point for a gorgeous panoramic view.

The hotel was an experience itself. Lovely location, great staff, they have book the hot air balloon flight and the helped renting a car for a day. the breakfast was good and the rooms had a lovely cave vibe. Super recommend.

Everything was amazing, the location, parking nearby, and communication with Haroon, who was very attentive and helpful. Check-in was flexible, which was perfect after travelling all night. The hotel is very nice, great location too and it has a nice terrace. The room we had was perfect - nice shower, comfy bed and with tea, water and coffee in the room. Good breakfast every morning and the wonderful friendly staff completing thr stay- thank you to Haroon and everyone else at Risus cave suites it was lovely to meet you!!
