Absolutely nothing to dislike

Really friendly welcoming staff, offered tea/coffee or water on arrival while we completed check in details. All (a lot) of cases taken to our apartment and quick run through wi fi and facilities

Taxis are not always easy to get from the location, can not say anything bad about the apartment itself. Hard to also find lot of places to eat as most stuff such as city centre and food places are quite far hence the issue with taxis. Local shops are quiet expensive due to lots of resorts being nearby.

I liked how the staff were friendly and ready to help with anything. The apartment was very nice and homely. The pool was nice for family fun! Some shops near by for any groceries and convenience.

Toiletries not provided. No locks in individual rooms. Ceiling lights needs cleaning. No washroom slippers.

The apartment was spacious. It was well furnished and fully equipped (Fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, sandwich maker, dish washer, electric kettle, electric stove, tv, washingmachine, Crockery, dishes, cutlery). Bedsheets, towels were clean. Apartment location to market and restruants is on 5 to 10 mins walk. Kids friendly.

It's better to clean thoroughly the mold in the bathroom and open window for better ventilation

Good location, near the sea, restaurant, shop, but quite one! Facilities are high level, I want the same kettle at home :) Comfy apartment. Reception and all management are super friendly and helpful! Wish all the best to the crew for upcoming season!

Some facilities are not in the best condition, but everything works as expected. Also, the bus connection is not very stable, and it's hard to get a taxi using a mobile app. I would recommend renting a car, we did it last time, and the experience was great.

I stayed here for the second time, again with my wife and children. It's a great quiet place for a family vacation. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are many great restaurants nearby and a dolphinarium. This time we rented a car, and it was a great opportunity to visit far-away areas and events.

Everything you need being away from home, close to the beach and supermarket 5mins walk. There was also an exchange place round the corner (next to the bank) with great rates compared to the shops. The staff just left you to it, no hassle and very polite every time I saw them

The apartment was of convenient size and the staffs are very helpful with all our queries. We had a wonderful time exploring Antalya from this apartment.

Location was quite far from the beach but all in all it was very good

There was an internal door with a hinge loose, but was repaired straight away after informing reception. There was some building work going on next door which caused a lot of mud on the street outside. Other than I think its a was a very good value for money property.

We had 2 apartments as we travelled as a group. Apartments were next to each other on the same floor. There was a lift, swimming pool and a kids play area, and a family of cats. Lounge area was very large and and we spent the evenings together.

Just somehow lot of garbage boxes in 32002 street but of course not in responsibility of Residence and needed to coordination by municipality equips.

You feel like you are at your home, a mixture of a tripe and comfort of your own home without limitations. Helpful and definitely respectful personnel particularly Elif, Hanlar and the manager and the guy in night shift were great. Cleanness, 3 AC for fresh air in all rooms and hall, all equipment for cooking, washing, Ironing and whatever you need to feel at home! Indeed, location in view of all your shopping needs even mini markets and chain markets is available just in few minutes walking distance, proximity to several bus lines stop, Taxi station, proximity to sea shore and ... You are in the top rate location of the Lara region!

The rooms are generally good but shabby in places. Some kitchen doors don't have holders or are fixed with duct tape. The shower had been glued several times but still leaking. If you don't care too much about the perfect view and condition of everything, it's fine. Everything works and can be used. Also, the only way to get to the sea is a 15-minute walk to an untidy beach. It's separated from the main part by a small river. And a big part of the beach is a private area of big hotels. And if you want to get to more comfortable beaches - it's a 45-minute walk, or you can take a bus.

The hotel is great for staying with family. There are two bedrooms with double or separate beds, a living room with a kitchen, a balcony and even a swimming pool with different depth for kids and adults. There are also some great places to visit nearby and very good restaurants.
