We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe air conditioning would only go down to 23 degrees, called reception who sent an engineer and he said this is the default setting for the hotel. whats the point of having a control panel in each room if you can’t control the temperature? the room was far too hot through the night and not being able to lower the temperature was incredibly frustrating.

LatviaUnfortunately hotel is neighboring very noisy nightclub. There are smoking smell in the room and halls. As a non-smoker am quite sensitive to that smell.
Thea breakfast was great and very plentifull. Huge menu of different dishes, great assortment of cheese, sweets, dairy. Hotel stuff is very polite and supporting.

DenmarkThe handling of customers through booking.com and generally customers. We ordered big suite through phone and they told they could give us a big suite for 3 persons for 8.500 turkish lira. After 2 conversation with phone, we settled it and asked if it was ok to reserve through booking.com. The hotel booker said yes, and so we did. We came to the hotel they wanted to charge us 10.000 turkish lira and we reminded them our conversation. So they started to make all our papers, they got our pas and information. And they let us wait approx 20 min in the lobby without any card to the room. Then we told them that we would go up to the restaurant until they finished their paperwork. After 2 hours they told us to pay extra for 1 person at the restaurant and we did not got our key card yet. Then I told them that we would not accept it. Then they came with the entrance card 2 hour and 15 min after, to the hotels restaurant. And I did not accept the card before settling the price. So I went down to the lobby and they insisted on the price of 10.000 turkish lira and I finally accepted it, but they want us to cancel the booking.com reservation so they could get more profit. And I did not accept it and cancelled the reservation through booking.com. I did not stay at the hotel and went out. We started with a price for 8.500 lira for 3 persons and went up to 10.000 turkish lira for 2 persons and then 10.000 turkish lira without involving booking.com which I did not accept. They do not keep their word. Its a pity that they are associated with booking.com and turkish airlines as program partners. The staff did what they could, but were not honest in the end maybe afraid losing their job. But the day after the hotel charged me for the full amount without any stay. If booking.com can't resolve it I will contact Turkish airlines to rethink to put theire name beside a hotel, which is representing first class fraud and scam. Stay away is your best option.
It has nothing to offer except scam and fraud. Please stay away from this location. Please also do research from various sites before entering, this location. These are my honest thoughts.

Kazakhstanfitness club doesn’t provide any towels for sauna and hamam. they even didn’t give water when I was thirsty after gym even if I said that I would bring money 5 minutes later. the restaurant on the 25th floor has pretty bad kitchen, personally I paid more than 1000 lira for 2 person but food was not tasty.

United KingdomThe night I stayed, there were parties on every floor and the noise did not cease until 0200. I had to rise at 0400 to go. The hotel seems to be located close to Konya university and the bar was offering arrival party for students.
The hotel is well positioned and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

IndiaThe hotel room didnt match at all to the photos that were posted. Average hygiene. Not renovated or renewed since a long time. Location was very hard to find and hotel is next to a Club , which disturbed our sleep with its loud music ( we heard it till the 24 th floor). Staff was not friendly. From the beginning to end of my stay I couldn't believe it's a 5 star hotel. Not worth the money at all. Not recommended at all.
