There was dispute about my reservation it was see view deluxe room they gave me side view and they blame the booking. Com We moved to another one there was ants then we moved again i.e we moved twice please check your discreption of Rixos room on your site.

The booking system for the Al a carte restaurants really needs to improve, they’re booked up within minutes of the start of booking time (10 am ) with no spaces left anywhere !!!

Really good service and food at the Italian and Pan Asian restaurants . Marvel at the Pan Asian restaurant really looked after us during our meal . Staff are all very polite and helpful . The beach bar was fantastic as were the kids club and activities . Godiva cafe is a fantastic feature !!

Hi, I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to youselveles and all the staff at Rixos Premium Belek for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable. All the staff were soo good but I do want to name a few individuals who went the extra mile to make this stay even more special for us. First of all Mr Mehmet Celik in the Turqouise restaurant..we told him what we wanted on the first day and he remembered it for the remainder of our stay. Best waiter ever!! Mr Rahmi Ozcan on the Aksam restaurant for making our dinner so special, a true master of his art! Mr Mahendra from the Pan Asian restaurant for foing to extra mile (and teaching me how to use chop sticks!!) Miss Ayse from Mykorini restaurant, a true hostess..we won’t forget the 🕺🏽 💃🏼!! Mr Ali sahin, best porter in the house!!! The 2 therapists (Aisha and the lady from Georgia I forgot her name) for giving us the best treatment ever…wow! Mr Ramazan (concierge) for arranging a lovely day out for us. Last but not least you guys (especially @⁨~Serdar GR⁩ @⁨~Nouf⁩ ) for making things so smooth for us, and always being on top of it and ensuring all our requests were fullfilled swiftly. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good. Upon arrival, the balcony and floor of the room were covered in dust. There was some debris left on the carpet in the room after cleaning.

The hotel was magnificent, with customer service being the best for the money that we have paid was worth more than money really. It is indescribable. Let me start being saying thank you to all staff especially some certain people I have to mention really. I hope that if you go to Rixos hotel, you will enjoy your visit. Ms Nouf was in charge of the guest relations. This Women was outstanding. She was considerate, caring and lovely. Everything I or we needed, she goes out of her day to do it. Please, when you go there, make sure to ask for this lady. She is lovely and deserves nothing but the best. Mr Serdar also in guest relations who also was lovely and caring, he went back forth just to book us in the restaurant that me and my wife loved to go to. He hooked as up and was sorted. His a lovely person. Ms Gumze, who was in charge of the buffet area. She is a lovely, young and really helpful person to my kids and wife needs when it comes to food. Every time we needed something, this person was always there ready for our orders. We were never short of Turkish teas, drinks, utensils and even food. She was marvellous and magnificent. We loved her service. Ms Fatma. This lady was pure sweet and lovely. She was in charge of cleaning our room every day. She understood exactly what me and my family needed and she took care of that. From drinks in the our minibar, to coffees and new bedsheets every day. She was trustworthy because I left phones and wallets and she looked after them. She was a considerable employee. Marvellous in her own right. Please, if I have left some other people, I am really sorry, but rest assured, they know whom they are. For example Mr Mustafa who was in charge of the buffet was really lovely also Mr Tokonolov from the people’s restaurant. He was great.

Our families had an incredible stay at Rixos Premium Belek! The customer service was truly top-notch, and we want to express our gratitude to Nouf and Serdar, who went above and beyond as our hosts. From the rooms to the cleanliness, the swimming pool, and the delicious food – everything surpassed our expectations. Chef Deepak Singh and Chef Krishna ensured we were served Indian food whenever we craved for it. It was an awesome experience, and we wholeheartedly give Rixos Premium Belek a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Everything was wonderful! Incredible views, food was very tasty and fresh, nice room and perfect service. The Italian restaurant was by far the best I have ever been to. The Turkish and Asian restaurant were also very tasty. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is very professional. The indoor and outdoor pool, the beach and the spa were well maintained. A special Thanks to NOUF and SOUMEYA for their 24h assistance during our stay. We will definitely come back.

For the five days we stayed in the hotel we couldn't make a dinner reservation. Making reservation was a bit complicated as you need to make the reservation through the website and it has to be done on the same day. Reservation seems to be closed early in the day.

We had a great room with balcony, it had great see and mountain view. A big thanks to Fatima for her excellent house keeping services. The meals me and my family ate at the resort were exceptional, all ingredients and foods were freshly cooked and delicious. I would like to thank Mohamed for his excellent service at the main restaurant. The outdoor seating area and the swimming pool were great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Bonus included that a waiter with roller skates commonly comes out to serve us while we are relaxing on the beach. My son enjoyed the kids activities. He said it was his best vacation ever. Many thanks for Somia and Nouf for sending us the daily hotel events and entertainment activities.

Nothing with the hotel. Only one thing to complain about is, on 25th Dec, around 12:50pm, we were wandering around, and my son wanted to see what’s inside of the toy shop. One lady who were black glasses who works in the toy shop, she was really harsh to my two years old boy, asked him to stop playing the plane toy on the floor if we were not going to purchase it. But the irony is that my boy was just picked up that toy plane from the floor less than 1 minute. Actually l haven’t experienced this kind of service in anywhere in your hotel, compared with your other staff, I was totally shocked .
