Better sound insulation would be nice – the evening concerts are audible, especially the bass, and when you're an early bird trying to sleep at 10 PM, it's not very easy. In Fethiye, Uber doesn't work, and it's hard to call a taxi that accepts card payments. Perhaps the hotel could act as an intermediary.

A very well-thought-out vacation – the hotel takes care of everything, and you don't have to worry about anything. The cuisine is excellent; I gained a couple of kilos during the holiday.

We've been here the second time and already imagine coming a third time. It's the best place to wind down. Everything is perfect from the minute you arrive. We especially enjoyed the great sports program.

Facilities , reception staff were friendly and helpful , activities were great, every day night shows, professional housekeeping very clean , rich and tasty food in all restaurants, secret beach pools were clean and not crowded and special thanks saniye pool house keeper she use refresh our towels every while and then and clean the trash tray occasionally.

It’s hard to find anything to complain about to be honest. The food in the Turquoise restaurant could have been kept hotter, tepid scrambled eggs aren’t pleasant. I tended to stick to the freshly made omelettes or pancakes as they were piping hot. Also I would have loved a balcony where I could actually sit out, there’s barely room to stand on it so I would request a ground floor room next time for the terrace.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The staff were amazing, felt like were waited on hand and foot for the week. My glass was never empty and the food was plentiful. The place is absolutely spotless, there was always somebody cleaning, tidying, gardening wherever you went. Housekeeping were like ninjas, they seemed to have a sixth sense for when the room was empty and everything was beautifully cleaned and restocked. Everything you could need is provided, down to toothbrush kits and shaving sets. Plentiful towels stacked around the pool. The smaller pool is heated so it was warm enough to swim even in April. The free boat trip was a nice bonus and the little boat to the secret beach ran very regularly every day. There’s Wi-Fi and waiter service at the secret beach and we didn’t try the azur restaurant but the snack bar on the beach was more than sufficient. The food in the People’s restaurant was delicious and beautifully presented, we had lunch there most days, it is open 24 hours a day so even though we arrived late at night we could go straight there and have a meal. You can reserve a table there for dinner for free on the WhatsApp group so be sure to do that or you’re stuck with the buffet. There’s nothing wrong with the buffet but it’s so much nicer to sit and be served a meal imo.

This is a very minor detail but having wifi access at the private beach restaurant would have been useful especially since the menus were online.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and services. We were very well cared for, the food and drink options were excellent. The complimentary boat trip and the trips to the private beach made the stay extra special.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, especially during my pregnancy. I chose this place specifically for its comfort and amenities, and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. The staff is very helpful, you couldn't ask for more as they work very hard and everything is at a high level, both in the reception and in the bars and restaurants. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the airport , very close to the city centre. The view of the mountains around the hotel is amazing. The food and drinks are very tasty, high quality, lots of choice. The beach and everything around it is also of a high standard. The rooms are suitable for families with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I have to say a big thank you to all the staff at Rixos premium Göcek for a great time, we will definitely return.

Only thing I would say is that the music is very loud in the evening. It is so loud it takes over the common area. There isn’t really anywhere just to relax in the evening without having to yell over the music. Nothing else really that we didn’t like.

We got such a lovely welcome. We were tired and it was late when we arrived and the reception team got us a buggy straight to the restaurant. They did the check in for us and then came to get us at the end of the meal with the room key and our bags and took us straight to our room. I’ve never had a better check in at a hotel. Talk about setting the right tone. The room was lovely, stocked with drinks and it was very clean and comfortable. I loved the 5 minute boat ride over to the secret beach. There is a beach bar there with wonderful staff who continually ask you if you’d like any drinks or cocktails. There is a snack bar serving hot food but a 2 minute walk away is the wonderful Azur restaurant. Slightly elevated with a view over the sea, it is a delightful place to have lunch. Back at the main resort there is the pool bar and two pools, both great. I loved how the resort was landscaped. We’d wander down in the morning to the Starbucks, then a while later enjoy the buffet breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. A big thank you to Rutkay and Beranur but we were so well looked after by everyone. The free 3 hour boat trip was a highlight. They had sandwiches, crisps and an open bar. It stopped off at two spots to swim off the boat. Wi-Fi was excellent at the resort. There are three restaurants you have to pay a supplement to use, the seafood restaurant (25 euro), the Italian restaurant (25 euro) and Japanese restaurant (50 euro). We didn’t try them. All in all a wonderful stay.
