While the staff are very attentive via the whats app chat (you message them for all your needs and they update you daily about the resort activities) - but I found that the staff on the ground weren't always quick to help you. The service didn't quite feel 5*. Overall the rooms were clean. But I felt the housekeeping could be more thorough with the daily cleaning. It just seemed like they laid the beds, but did not wipe down counter tops.

The resort is fantastic, with family friendly facilities. The landscape is beautiful. The resort had endless activities for kids (and adults too), a heated paddling pool, water park, farm, cinema rooms etc. This is very much a resort you stay in, no need to venture anywhere else - if that's the type of holiday you are looking for.

The only part that definetely needs improvement is the quantity of the staff members. The quality is top!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights visit in this resort. It is very clean, I mean top class clean & very well designed. You can find all kind of activities and services throughout the day. Personally my top choice of the selection was the SPA, with a wide selection of massages and well maintained saunas. The resort has a fantastic place for kids and it is huge. Kids of all ages can find different entertainments. When it comes to food, there is a variety throughout the day and night. Simply a great hotel! The only part that definetely needs improvement is the quantity of the staff members. The quality is top! Everybody is smiling, hard working busy bees, but they are outnumbered compared to the resort’s needs. The guest service staff always keeps you informed and makes you feel like a VIP and facilitating all your requests with speed of light! Special thanks to Sasha, Tamerlan and Rima! Will come back again…

This hotel is just exceptional! Definitely 10 stars, the ambiance, service by all staff, the amenities, rooms, food, views. We cannot fault it! Special thanks to all the staff especially in the kids club, they looked after our son exceptionally well, my son said he has some of his experiences from the well curated program, the ladies at reception, to the guys in the play station room and the blond lady in the picture who made my son feel so welcome. The food, the drinks, the restaurants were just exceptional. The people’s and turquoise restaurants were top notch! The vibe of the singers in the evening shows, the bar tenders (amazing cocktails), the waiters on roller blades! The assistants in the WhatsApp groups!all just exceptional. This all inclusive hotel was by far the best and we highly recommend it. We will definitely return to Turkey! Service was top notch! We loved our stay! Cherry on top is heated pool! I especially loved how they weren’t too many rules, once you understand how things work, everything is perfect! We really felt free to stay there and welcome!

Nothing was open, restaurants were full before we arrived so we couldn’t book any. Waffles stand was closed. False advertising with Starbucks as the menu was very small and no vegan milks available apart from soya, activities was closed. Bowling wasn’t open , gaming wasn’t open . The place was nice but very disappointing. Not proper labelling of the food. We didn’t get a tour of the hotel either.

The indoor pool should be renovated and aroma used in the Turkish sauna, as the smell was not pleasant.

Can’t think of anything honestly. Even for things they could not control such as the weather and therefore the temperature of the pools, there were solutions such as an indoor heated pool. The only thing would be I would warn you about catching a cab from the hotel into town(Kemer specifically) prices become much more inflated once they know your from Rixos so prepare to haggle.

The hotel was beautiful! It was very large and there was almost too much to eat(ice cream, waffles, burgers, drinks, nuts, chocolate, spaghetti just to name a few outside the breakfast lunch and dinner rotations) all inclusive of course. Everyone was kind and willing to help out. The staff was friendly and even those who couldn’t speak English brought out translators to help communicate. The scenery was beautiful and the environment well maintained. We even got a free upgrade because our actual room was not ready instead of making us wait.

The bathroom and the shower was clogged, we asked for adaptors and they provided us with one only while we have 4 devices, and lastly the transport system inside the resort is not convenient specially for those who can’t walk like elderly , shuttles goes around but most of the time it’s full and you have to wait for more than 20 min for the next one

The resort is luxurious one with large variety of kid’s activities, very suitable to families with kids and teenagers , the kids club and the aqua park is marvellous

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. All the staff members were doing their best to make our holiday enjoyable. The resort is wonderful, located between the sea and the mountains. The restaurants and bars offer excellent variety of food and drinks.

The resort is so beautiful! The nature and the property blend together very well. The staff members are very welcoming and always ready to help. Atilla at the reception is very helpful and friendly.
