Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

RussiaI had a truly wonderful experience at the Rodinn Hotel. I first booked my stay for 5 nights, but ended up staying for my whole trip of 10 days. The people who work there are always welcoming and helpful. The food choice is diverse and includes a lot of vegetables😍 They also slightly change the menue every day. The area around the hotel is nice and safe. And it is just a 10 min walk to the beach. I give it a 10/10 and send my warmest regards to the employees who made my stay so comfortable. They even found a yoga mat for me!

United KingdomThe shower temperature was variable. It was really difficult to get it to stay on the same temp for the whole shower. The shower cubicle was also very dark, could have done with a light in there. The bed was firm which was ok for me but might not be for everyone. Also it would be nice to have a duvet rather than just a cover. The terrace wasn’t really useable as there wasn’t any furniture on there. The pool was small and a bit odd as it felt undercover really. I didn’t use it. The wardrobe needed more coat hangers. I asked for some and was given them but they should have at least 10 in there.
The room was a good size, the staff were so helpful, the breakfast buffet was good but the main thing for me was how quiet the room was. The soundproofing was so good so I slept great. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach and a 20 min taxi ride to the old town. The air con worked well.

IsraelThe location is incredible and close to many restaurants so sometimes there is noise from the window only at one side but not to bad and never exceed past 23:00.

We received a huge room with 2 bedrooms, one see through which was perfect for the kids, a small kitchen & dining table and a couch & 2 sofas si it was comfortable and nice to be able to seat as a family and rest. The room and every place in the hotel where spotless clean!!! The breakfast was very nice and fresh and changed each day and the stuff - was incredible!! They where extra nice and willing to help, explain and gave good advice. United KingdomEverything was very good! For a smaller hotel compared to other hotels it is very clean and also aesthetically pretty. The staff were amazing as well. AC was really good as well. The breakfast is more Turkish but they always had chips and sausage so it worked out. Location is okay. About 8 minutes walk to the beach. To go to the old bazaar or best bazaar it is about 20 minutes away with taxi which shouldn’t cost more than £8. Overall it was a really good stay. 10/10

IsraelThere are those who will say that the hotel is in the center of things and there are those who will say that the hotel is far from the center of things, depending on what you are looking for in that specific area, we wanted to be close to the beach and the boardwalk and for us the location was perfect
This is a family boutique hotel, at the reception we were greeted by the owner of the hotel, named Ozgur, a welcome with a smile, we received the room we ordered, a junior suite for three people, the room was relatively small because in the middle of the room there was a large column that took up a lot of space in the room and gave the feeling of a room even smaller, the staff was attentive to our requests and they responded positively. I even asked for something for breakfast that is not on the hotel's breakfast menu and the next day it was ready for me :), The hotel provides towels for the beach, at the reception there is a button for a taxi you press and in two minutes you have a taxi waiting outside the hotel the hotel is 10 minutes from the beach, the hotel has two bicycles that you can take for free and go for tour , the hotel's surroundings are full of all the best, restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, shopping centers. Near the hotel there is a beautiful park with children's games and sitting areas. Every Friday there is a market next to the hotel in the nearby street, it's worth a visit

Netherlands-Bed is not super comfortable. Bed sheets are not replaced daily. -Kitchen supplies are not in the room, you have to ask for every item separately. It‘s free but still inconvenient since the description says that kitchen comes with all kitchen supplies. -Pool is only open from 11.00 - 20.00. -Dry-cleaning-service for laundry is done in-house and not with professional equipment (no bags for bras etc.). This resulted in a t-shirt being damaged.

Staff: EVERYTHING was great. From the check-in to checkout. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout all stay. Hotel helped to organize a trip to Pamukkale and they have a lot of tours to go on. Prices are very good, and they provide pickup directly from the hotel. I mean, they can help you with anything. They also offer a breakfast in case you have a trip of early checkout and it’s really good. Room & breakfast : I have stayed with my mom, and we had an active vacation, so we needed a simple room. Room was very clean, no dust, no broken furniture. We had a very powerful refrigerator, desk, very good air conditioner, and restroom. It was perfect for resting after a long day, and we enjoyed it so much. Breakfast was really great and with lots of options. Every day there was something new, and you can always try new things and have a great and healthy breakfast. In terms of drinks, there are fresh tea, coffee, and refreshing fruit drinks. Location: As the hotel is located in Konyaaltı region of the Antalya, the beach is 7-10 min away from the hotel. You can find anything you need around and near the hotel - stores, drinks, cafes, exchange, bus stations. As we’re using public transport (15 TL/person), it was a beneficial place because we had a bus station with all buses that go to the city center and main sightseeings. There is even a Friday sale on the neighbor street where you can find a lot things from clothes to fruits and veggies very cheap like 40-50-100 TL. Overall you won’t be thirsty or hungry during your stay.

United KingdomSo we had booked airport transfer the driver dropped us at the entrance around 8:15 pm but there was nobody at the reception to greet us. after waiting around for good few minutes the reception guy appeared not much of a welcome though. Anyway after an awful lot of security checks, he checked us in and gave the cards to the 3 rooms we had booked and told us to go to our rooms separately two at a time which I found a bit strange. They didn’t even direct or take us to the room nor help with the luggages which is extra I get it but things like that is standard. I felt they were slightly on the under staff side which might’ve been the reason. Breakfast was ok however, the cereal was displayed without any milk. It was in another connecting room on a bar counter with the tea and coffee. My son didn’t like going there to get the milk. about housekeeping, you have to ask for refills on toiletry items and changing bed sheets, but on a more serious note I want to mention that once around midday the housekeeping guy came into my room without my permission whilst I was napping. He knocked and just walked in, As soon as I realised I told him I didn’t want any housekeeping items to which he left. I found that absolutely unacceptable especially when he knew the room was occupied as there are lighted signs just outside by the door indicating the room as occupied. Hope the hotel can note this down so this doesn’t happen again.
location was good about 10-15 minutes walk to konyaalti beach. We had booked 3 rooms, a standard triple, standard twin room and a delux junior room with balcony. The rooms were spacious enough however the air conditioning in junior suit was inadequate for the size of the room. The ideal solution here would be to fit a bigger unit to cool down the room efficiency. Also like to mention we tried the food in the hotel restaurant, we had pizza which was quite nice my children enjoyed it and was reasonably priced too. The guy at the restaurant was polite and humble.

EstoniaSwimming pool seemed good but the working hours are confusing: from 11 till 19. Bed is a bit strange I didn't like it. And Standard double room I would say smaller than on the pictures. Very small trash bin (yeah, I know, what a problem). Wi-fi is awful in a room, quite ok downstairs in public space.
Staff was very kind and helpful! Speak English, Russian and Turkish of course. Breakfast is quite good, nothing special but with diversity, very tasty pastries. Room was clean, with conditioning system, water, tea, coffee and bath stuff, fridge. Nice lounge zone near pool with bar and nice barmen. Btw, they have towels for the pool for free and for beach just with deposit 100 tl. Beach is nearby - 10 minutes walk, highly recommend to use Dubai Beach lounge - it is loud sometimes but sunbeds and umbrellas are the best. Once again: staff is 10 out of 10

HungaryThe room was clean, stylish and big enough for the two of us. The breakfast is delicious, the cooks cook well. There was some kind of delicious soup for breakfast every day. The melons were sweet. The owner of the hotel and the staff were also very kind, smiling and responsive. The hotel is about a 13-minute walk from the sea coast, a 6-minute walk from the main road, from where you can take buses to downtown Antalya or Kemer or anywhere. There are good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, where you can buy delicious Turkish food for lunch and dinner at a good price.
