The bathroom is accessible only through the bedroom, which, if you're a group, may prove a bit difficult. This may be different in each apartment. The cooking pots were quite large for two people. Smaller ones would have been easier. We would have liked to turn off the intercom bell since some other guests would ring our bell late to gain entry. Be aware of where the air conditioning units are placed, as the bedroom one dripped a bit, which we reported, and the caretaker was concerned and addressed immediately.

We enjoyed our apartment 8 on the top floor. We had a nice view, and it was quiet. The balcony was spacious and private. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. The beach is only 5 minutes walk and there are various grocery shops in the area. You can easily take a bus 20 minutes into the centre. There is some building work on other properties at the moment, so be aware that some views may become obstructed on completion.

Some of the towels were dirty, with unwashable spots. The apartment is advertised as 61 square meters, but in reality, it is probably half that size. The sofa in the living room is not foldable, so a third person had to sleep on a very old, small, and uncomfortable folding bed that had to be placed in the middle of the room. And since the apartment is already small, it was always in the way

The location was really nice; the hotel is situated in a small, quiet, and pretty street. You can walk 5 minutes to the beach, and the walk is pleasant through the park. The apartment itself is neat and cozy, and the check-in and check-out were very easy.

I'd enthusiastically endorse this location, though there's room for improvement in certain amenities. For instance, despite toilet paper being listed among the room facilities, we were asked to purchase it separately. While cleaning and washing utilities are provided, we found ourselves having to buy our own supplies for laundry and washing purposes.

A few small things to improve on. The toilet cover of one of the bathrooms kept falling down so it was pretty difficult to use the toilet. Should be fixed. Towels were a bit threadbare. More kitchen tea towels would be nice (there was only one very small tea towel). Would be nice if a few more toilet rolls and some kitchen paper were provided. A chair in the bedrooms to hang a dressing gown or to put clothes on would have been great.

The hosts were very kind and helpful, they went out of their way to ensure all our needs were met and were so warm and friendly. We really appreciated their hospitality. The location was great, near Konyaalti, shops etc. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, it had everything one could wish for, including two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room was big and spacious. I enjoyed the balcony with a view of the sea and citrus gardens. The property was immaculately clean, most impressive.

fabulous location. great space for the kids to run around and play. handy to have a kitchen to use (which we did). the 24/7 assistance was excellent. Ergin from white star was very helpful. he even got me some basic shopping before my arrival as our flight landed after midnight.

No available staff. No actual front desk. The staff in charge looked as though they stayed in one of the rooms on the ground floor. Many of the times when I knocked on their door there was no response. The electricity kept cutting out which they claim was due to the stormy weather conditions.

The cleanliness of the apartment could be better. The apartment is old and it shows in various ways. The furniture is outdated, the dishwasher not working, also the washing machine made a hammering sound, and the light in one of the rooms was broken. There was a wasp nest hanging in front of the window of the living room, so those windows could not be opened nor the covers be closed. Not all window covers are working that well/easily, not ideal with high temperatures and full sun during the long day. The mattresses of the beds are old or of low quality because you can feel the springs through the mattress while lying on it, so very much not comfortable. In the kitchen no facilities; I would have at least have expect a sponge or towel to have the dishes and glasses cleaned by hand (since the machine is not working), but all you have to bring yourself. On the last day, we found a cockroach in the living room, perhaps normal in the environment, but we are not sure and it was the first time for us after already visiting three other locations during our trip. But if this all is the result of paying a reasonable price, I still think the balance between price and value went still the wrong way.

The apartment was in size big. The location on walking distance (5 minutes) of the boulevard and beach. The swimming pool is pleasant.

We had a great stay here. The host, Ergin, was very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. The apartment was big and spacey to accommodate our family comfortably. We had home comfort with all the items (laundry, dishwasher, oven, clean sheets, lots of closets) and space. We, especially my daughter, enjoyed the nice and clean pool plenty of times. The elevator was great for my mom to get in and out of the apartment easily and frequently. The location of the apart is perfect. It was 5 min walk to the beach. Konyaalti Beach is great with its pebbles, clear water, and not-too-crowded beach. Next to the beach is a long boardwalk with many bars, coffee/eating places and live music at night. Great entertainment. There is also a running and bike path. My son ran in the mornings and went swimming as often as he wanted since it was close and convenient to go to the beach. Nearby, there are two very good supermarkets (Migros and Sok), a restaurant street, a bakery (Maya Aski), and a great farmer's market (on Saturdays) with fresh and cheap produce. We took some tours (rafting and Adrasan boat tour), which came to pick us up from our location. I recommend staying here and enjoying a great family vacation at White Star.

property is of top class. i needed a 2bhk apartment and got exactly what I wanted. the amenities, kitchen utensils and all furnitures were perfect and the property is very new one so always gave a fresh feeling. It’s 2 mins walk to the beach, 3 mins walk to supermarket. small balconies where clothes could be hanged to dry. Ergin, the property owner/care taker was always available. taxi service is in general very good in Antalya. so if you need a taxi there is a button that can be pressed and within 5 mins taxi will arrive

Location was good but I want the siwming pool for children but he never put water in it. that was the big problem for me I ask him he promise me to sort it out but he didn't The shower is very slow the TV was not working So no good because I wanted siwming pool for my children so not happy
