The beds are really small. The bathroom is very small as well. The oriental music from the restaurant is fine but is on till late in the evening.

Nice hotel in a historic building in the very centre of Edirne. Rooms are small yet comfortable. Designated parking area right next to the building. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

A very authentic place which gives you the feeling of time travel back to the Ottoman empire. The interior is preserved in its originality, only upgraded for comfort. The staff is nice and friendly and on top of this, the location is superb, you step out straight on the pedestrian street from the hotel.

Some rooms (i have been in 2, one was excellent , the other poor) have poor internet

Best. Built exceptionally for an Imperial capital city in 1556(!), when all European capitals at the time did not have more than guest houses. This one built by famous architect Sinan (see!), had fireplaces in each of its over 50 rooms. Perfect construction, no cracks for half millennium. Perfectly restored and modernized with taste, understanding and money. Cheap rooms though! Felt like robbing. And the atmosphere. Thin Eastern elevator-type background sounds in the courtyard where the restaurant is. Note, this used to be a Kervan-saray, that is, for hundreds of years guest house for travelers and merchants with caravans… carrying expensive goods East-West. Yeah. The still living plus best ancient Kervan - saray (saray meaning Palace). Just enter the courtyard and taste the centuries plus 21 century and space from Anatolia to the East and West. Yes, this is still a 3-star “hotel”: the level frankly is four, the experience could be easily 1001 nights. Joker: I am a Sofia University professor

Even though the comfort of the room is defined by the structure of the historical building it is a little difficult to deal with the small space, especially at the toilet.

Very interesting and special hotel! The history and the peculiarity of the building contributes to the overall sensation of the visit at the country.

The bedroom was cold and damp even with central heating and aircon on heating. The bathroom has no heating and cold and the hot water was not hot enough. At least it could not compensate for the lack of heating in the bathroom.

Mostly everything. The staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was to die for. The room was comfortable and the location including parking was metres from the main shopping area. Highly recommended location but not in cold weather.

Amazing environment in the city center. Nice typical Turkish breakfast served. All staff is great and super helpful. This is the place to stay if you visit Andrianoupolis!

Late at night there are people on the sofas outside the rooms and it is extremely noisy. It's good to have rules about the noise after 22:30

The hotel is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, the breakfast is delicious. The bathroom is small but comfortable, with good ventilation and dries quickly. The beds are wide and comfortable, there were 4 pillows but all three were very high.

There is no lift to the second floor, and there are 27 steps to climb instead. The room was very small.

Perfect location, very easy to reach by car, free parking. The building is unusual and very interesting. You feel like in a museum.

A 3-star hotel to be labelled as 5. They charged me 90€ instead of 85€ that was in the Booking.com reservation. The door was broken and stayed unlocked all night. A refrigerator without power supply and...... the list is big
