The staff were super friendly (especially the most energetic and furry staff member Mila). The inside facilities were well kept and were cleaned every day. The outside facilities were beautifully designed and comfortable as well as well kept.

What I liked most about this place is the hosts . They are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is super charming, comfortable and clean . The accessibility is also very good . The breakfast was also beyond my expectations and they tried to have various options for breakfast every day. I recommend this property to the people who want to experience beauty and authenticity .

It deserves more than a 10. Everything impressed us and exceeded our expectations. Both the rooms and the courtyard are furnished with refinement and good taste, probably with a designer, upon arrival they helped us carry our luggage, for breakfast we received quality products, freshly prepared, so plentiful that we could not finish it. But more than anything, we were impressed by the kindness of the owner and his permanent concern to make us feel as good as possible. It was the best accommodation among the 6 we had on our tour through Turkey.

Our stay at Sandal was truly delightful. We received exceptional hospitality and warmth from the host and the entire staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with meticulous daily cleaning. The property mirrored the photos perfectly and boasted a convenient location in Alacati, allowing easy access to the town center and even the beach if you enjoy a leisurely stroll. Moreover, it served as an excellent base for day trips in the region. The highlight of each morning was the freshly prepared breakfast, with an element of surprise each day. And of course, we can’t forget Mila, the dog, she made us laugh every day. Thank you again for an unforgettable experience!

Wonderful staff and management. At a great location not too far from the center and close to beautiful beaches. Personal attention to detail by every single person (they even remembered what kind of coffee we liked from day 2) and did a lovely surprise for us on the occasion of our honeymoon. The property is just as it is in the pictures. The pool was squeaky clean all times. The breakfast was the most luxurious spread with fresh and warm options. The staff was so kind and the service was amazing. The room was beautifully decorated and what an amazing taste of interior. The location is close to the town for all restaurants, cafes, shops and yet away from the noise.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This hotel was perfect for our holiday from cleanliness to decor and location. The hosts were simply amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We felt so welcomed and at home during the stay. Nothing is missing from this place. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be a renovation of the shower area. While the overall experience was outstanding, a modernized shower space would enhance the overall comfort of the accommodations. Nevertheless, the exceptional hospitality still made my stay at Sandal Alacati truly unforgettable.

Everything was beyond amazing! Most importantly the service was the best I have ever experienced! The owner and the employees treated us like family and made sure all of our needs were met and satisfied beyond our expectations. The food was amazing, the facility was clean, and the pool side was gorgeous. The location was super central and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted and it was great. Bonus was Mila the dog!

The staff were amazing , always smiling , they couldn’t do enough for you. We were totally in love with the place and sorry to leave. It has a beautiful private pool , close to the town but calm and the highlight was also the amazing relaxing breakfast and little Jack Russell that loved attention .

Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean and wonderful staff who could not do enough for you. Treats as well every day round the pool; ice cream, a plate of fruit and tea and cake 😀. And the gin and tonics were to die for. Location was good also, just a short walk into town. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Wow what an oasis. So cute, felt like you were in a little resort. The guys at the reception and running this are outstanding and really deserve the reviews this place gets. Their helpfulness and care makes this place a standout stop. They took care in helping you find good places to eat. You cant forget their breakfasts - again wow it was a feast and what a gorgeous setting to have it in. Sent photos and a friend commented looked like a movie set! Shower was great and the bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfortable although it does feel strange for us who are used to sheets as a top sheet, but I think this is common around turkey. The room was clean. My husband was sad to leave here after a 3 day stop - it was so relaxing and comfortable sitting by the pool. Parking on site and easy. Walk into town quick and flat. Good coffee only 100 m away with a little supermarket and alcohol shop close. Will certainly stay here again if we come back to Turkey - one of our best stops and again the service was fantastic - even at the end of the summer they still couldn't be more helpful.

Wonderful staff! Muslum was warm, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The others who worked with him were equally delightful. Great location. Short and charming walk to the town center, but quiet at night. Delicious huge breakfast. Adorable cats. Beautiful grounds/outdoor area.

Everything was just perfect! The hotel is very close to Alaçati çarşı. The hotel is just beautiful and the rooms are very clean. I can‘t explain you how delicious the breakfasts were! Müslüm and his team are such great and kind hearted people. They are very hospitable and treat their guests very well. To stay at Sandal hotel was our best decision.
