Exceptional staff, excellent room. The hotel was extremely accommodating.

Thank you to the hotel for a great stay! We were away for 2 weeks and were very pleased with the varied and delicious food. The rooms are not large, but cozy, cleaning, mini bar replenishment every day! On the territory there is ping pong, darts 2 times a day, tennis for free, volleyball and boccia on the beach. We did not attend the evening program, since the child is still small. Spa, hammam, water park, everything you need for relaxation! We did not swim in the pool, since the water was cold, but the sea was excellent and there were sun loungers, towels, ice cream, drinks on the beach ,pizza and snacks, music!

The comments are for improvement only, it didn't spoil our enjoyment. In the dining room and pool - the waiter service is minimal, but there is what is needed for self-service. The towel desk for the pool is in the spa and is a bit far from the center of the hotel. It is advisable to clean the pool equipment more often - sunbeds, bins and tables.

We got a room in the main building and it met all our expectations. The hotel is wonderful, the staff is excellent and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean. There are 3 excellent pools, including slides and a children's pool. There is food throughout the day, everything is very tasty, everything is plentiful and generous. In addition, throughout the day there are refrigerators with ice creams, bottles of juice and ayran- definitely a refreshing bonus. The cakes and desserts are of a high standard, both in the restaurant and in the patisserie. Every evening we enjoyed a show or live music. In the morning, the entertainment team performed yoga, water sports and competitive games. The staff at the hotel are very kind (waiters, cleaners, reception..) and our every request was answered with a smile. Special thanks to Seda from customer relations. For example - when my husband was a bit sick, they rushed to help him with blankets and food. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the sea and the river, and also close to the city and shopping centers. There is also public transportation at the hotel entrance. From the hotel itself there is access to a large outlet with many shops along the boulevard. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back there.

We liked everything. Staff was high competency and friendly. Food was of many different kinds and very testy.

Spa was too small but with very good service and massage. A la carte service and food was really bad, we waited for every dish very long and some dishes we recieved were not what we ordered at all, including main dishes. And some of the dishes that were in the menu we just haven't received. Moreover the meat for the main dish wasn't eatable. Finally we finished the dinner still hungry but the regular dinner in the main restaurant already ended, so we just were needed to look for some food after it.

It’s a bit run down and can be improved by proper maintenance. The toilets can be cleaned more often as well. The lift is always busy, sometimes very slow and could be cleaned more often. Needs more English speaking staff as it’s can get a bit challenging to communicate with most staff.

It’s big, family friendly and has got plenty of activities to keep yourself busy throughout the day. The best thing about this hotel is their food, which was pretty decent and always had something on the menu even for picky eaters.

One of the best experiences. An excellent hotel for a family with children. Professional, courteous and quality service. Clean hotel, delicious food 24/7. The hotel manager halid treated us well, helped us and translated for us. He explained to us about the hotel, how to get to nearby places and even helped us when people tried to cheat us (obviously unrelated to our stay at the hotel). Thanks to all the hotel staff for excellent service!

Staff were very friendly, especially Seda she was so helpful and extremely polite, and Huseyin abi in the restaurant area was very helpful. Really liked the Kids World, my toddler absolutely loved playing there. Would definitely recommend we had an amazing week staying there and loved the resort.

This was a plus for us. 9. Air conditioning, drinks and treats at the reception (daytime)

The building is old, yes it is renovated but some spots are still showing improper finning.

I didn't like the spa much, it didn't seem very clean and it didn't smell nice. The inner pool was closed too. Some staff seemed overworked and in bad mood and not very kind (most of them were kind and helpful though). The aqua park was closed for one day which was the main reason for choosing this hotel, so our daughter was not happy. In general there could be more warnings for people to keep the pools clean.

Food was very good - lots of choices, fresh and delicious. Hotel area is big and there are many pools available. Rooms are big and comfortable and the cocktails at lobby bar were great.

- Limited food options for vegans - No milk replacement options available (no soya milk or oat milk is available throughout the hotel restaurants and bars) we had to really insist and wait 3 days before we got carton of soya milk especially for us. (Thanks to service support in the reception who helped us) - Daily Room Cleaning service is fair but needs to improve - you need to instrct them to fill missing bath soaps - too many of the the service providers are not speaking English for example- in resturant, we needed help on a daiky basis in the resturant because os special food requirements but it was so hard to explain basic staff becausetheydo notspeakEnglish. Some for most of lobby front desk people, cleaning people. You will always find someone who does speak English or use Google Translate. But it makes service sometimes frustrating. - blankets are really too thin - only pique blankets are available.you either freeze at night or need to sleep without air-conditioning. Highly suggest the hotel to offer thicker blankets. We had a room of 4 but only 2 small blankets provided, we got 2 more after calling room service but it should be there from the first place if you order room for 4. - we ordered 2 rooms for our family, but got the rooms 2 different buildings. Had to wait for 3 nights before getting moved to the same building. It's quite frustrating. But good word to customer service in the reception for helping us as much as they could and making it happen despite high hotel allocation - rooms are not large. But not too small either.

it's a really nice family resort. Service is good by most of the staff. The reception customer service is very good and helpful, and they are always delighted to help. Water slides are few, but it's great that there are water slides in the hotel for no extra charge. Food around-the-clock the clock (although fewer options for vegan or vegetarian) Emirhan from the main restaurant was the best service provider in the hotel. Amazing, alwsys wiling to assist with our special food requirements. ❤️, simply a great guy that made our holiday much better As mentioned, customer service in the reception is superb and really doing whatever possible to help- Thank you, Sade and Hakim

Tasty food, a lot of cafes with convenient working times, good pools and slides, beach close enough, nice location and territory, rooms with sea view are amazing, airco is cold and refreshing, perfect wifi coverage

the slides in the swimming pool are closed 2 hours at noon, I wish they open it longer, nevertheless it was a great experience

it was an exceptional vacation! everything was just perfect, The food was terrific, and every day a different menu with a wide variety. in between the main meals, there are always snacks available. Staff are always smiling and helpful, doing their best to maintain a great atmosphere. The resort is very clean and the rooms are comfortable. different swimming pool with different activities. everything was perfect! highly recommended.
