I think they were renovating and in the bathroom there was no door to cover the valves for the pipes in the shower.

Very friendly and helful staff, the manager was very eager to give advice and any information to make the trip more pleasant and easier. Each morning we were offered coffee/tea on the house. The room was a bit small but clean and cozy. Close to the main attractions in the city, walking distance to the Blue Mosque and tram stations for anything further. Also, lots of markets and places to eat around.

Everything was perfect! Clean rooms, perfect service, best staff! WiFi working perfectly! Emir was very nice, he gave us the best trip advice, he offered us tea and coffee and transport to the airport. The location was perfect, the best hotel in this area.

Fabulous hotel a great find. Opposite a lovely park - quiet but walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and lots of restaurants. Opposite a lovely park, very clean and the manager, Emir and all staff extremely helpful and friendly. Was sad to leave.

I would recommend adding some coat hooks by the door and possibly a small shelf in the bathroom. But that's just a personal opinion. We really liked the hotel.

I think the position, because you have to walk uphill about 10-15 minutes to the tram, and even more for the metro. But for us was ok.

Our stay in Istanbul was fantastic. The manager, Emir, was really nice and gave us a room with beautiful view and also he gave us tips about good place to eat.

It was a really pleasant stay in Sareban. The location is comfortable: close to all the sights but at the same time in a quiet street facing the park and the sea. Everything was new and clean. There's no breakfast but tea, water and coffee were available at the reception desk any time of the day.

I look back on my stay at the Sareban Hotel with a very satisfied feeling. The hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful, hospitable and generous. They gave me directions, tips and help during my stay in Turkey. As a solo traveller, I can only recommend this hotel.

We got a well furnished room with a nice view. Located very close to Sultanahmet Square with many eateries nearby. Our host Emir was very polite and helpful, he suggested us places to visit in Istanbul and even helped us map out our transport routes.

The hotel is very nice, close to a lot of famous landmarks in Istanbul. Hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and they make you feel welcome. Value for money is very good, good options to choose from. Shoutout to Mr. Emir who went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one.
