As with all cave hotels, rooms can feel a little damp.

Breakfast was amazing! Communication was excellent before and easy to book tours when staying there etc. Both rooms from our group were clean and comfortable. Really cosy unique stay in excellent location in Goreme with a short walk to centre.

Inside the cave room is super humid, but actually, it is not a hotel problem. It's natural because we were inside a real carved room.

Sarnich is like a family house! The whole staff are super kind and friendly. The open area inside the hotel is calm and wonderfully decorated. We loved it!

very nice hotel and unbelievable service. Yusuf at check in was exceptional and helpful with everything from check in to breakfast to restaurant recommendations, any questions we had he would solve. The owner Mustafa was incredibly friendly and even gave us complimentary turkish delights before we left the hotel. He made sure that he was there at 8 am to say bye to us. The rest of the staff, Ali, Osman and Momad were exceptional too and even the cleaning staff were amazing. A small hotel made they made you feel like you were staying at home. Room size was spacious, they were clean and beds were very comfortable

incredible and great! we meet so nice people here, the staffs are so great and I can say that they are excellent! they give us as much help as they can and therefore we had three enjoyable days! What’s more, the breakfast is amazing! especially the cream with honey and the bread(?) they made! they also have genius garden with so many juicy fruit! they are so sweet just like the people here! our journey was double great because of them!

I liked EVERYTHING about Sarnich! The staff was very attentive from the moment we arrived to our departure. We received both early check-in and late check-out without any issues (probably because it was low season). The staff looked after our dietary needs at breakfast and cooked us custom dishes when needed. The location is near the city center so it's not loud but yet accessible to everything by walking to ATMs, the bus terminal, shopping district, restaurants and beautiful views of the valley! There are lots of unique restaurants nearby with excellent ratings and uniquely local menus. The room/cave was beautiful! It is extremely spacious with a really comfortable bed and furniture. The bathroom was huge with beautiful bathtub as well as shower that felt modern but yet quaint and cavernous. Probably the best stay out of the hundreds of hotel stays I've had in my life.

There is nothing that we do not like. Only a tiny warning: walking to the hotel would be challenging for people has difficulty walking sloppy roads.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect but the staff deserves extra appreciation. Especially Yusuf Bey was very attentive and helpful and patiently answered all our questions.

Everything was perfect for our two night short stay.

Yusuf was extremely helpful. He got in touch with us as soon as I had made my reservation and did all of our additional bookings like airport shuttle, quad bike ride and hot air balloon. He responded back quickly with any questions I had as well. And it was nice to be greeted by the Sarnich team as soon as we got off the coach.

Lightning in the room and bathroom appear to be a bit dim for my comfort

A homely feel with a nice garden to relax and chill . Generous helping of some home cooked breakfast speciality by the owner’s wife Overall helpful and friend staff with a special call out to Yusuf ( apologies if I got the name wrong ) who went the extra mile to help me follow through and secure my baggage damage report despite the bureaucracy of the Nevsehir Airport department.

Everything was excellent! The breakfast is very diverse, especially considering this is a small hotel. The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large (1 double bed + 1 single bed) and the bathrooms are nice too. The hotel also has a nice patio to relax. Anywhere in Göreme would be well located since this is a small village. The hotel is not fully in the centre but it only takes 2-3 min walking to get to the main restaurant. The hotel can also organise a shuttle to and from the airport and diverse activities

Great value, great staff and a lovely hotel! Mustafa treated us like his own family and made sure to always check we were good. Yusuf was also very helpful whenever we had any questions or needed help with anything. The hotel was very clean and the cave suite we booked was spectacular. We loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of the hotel garden and the scenic views opposite the hotel from the terrace even when it was raining.

The room was amazing, a genuine cave suite. The entire staff, and particularly manager Yusuf, were as friendly and helpful as any hotel crew we’ve encountered. And the breakfasts were excellent—lots of healthy, delicious Turkish choices, eggs cooked to order and Turkish coffee.

absolutely loved everything! the staff is amazingly kind, the rooms were great and definitely caves. the breakfast is delicious, there is a beautiful view of the balloons in the morning and a quick walk to the main strip for shopping and restaurants. quick walk to atms, buses and taxis.
