The only downside was that this hotel didn’t have the terrace views of other hotels higher up on the hill. So if you’re looking for panoramic views and a good photo spot, this may not have what you’re hoping for.

The rooms were fantastic - spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. I liked that they were cave rooms but had a window and opened up to the outdoor courtyard. The breakfast was amazing with so many options! We loved the cream and the Turkish pancakes they brought to our table every day. And they offered fresh eggs, as well. The location was great. Close to town and we could see the balloons take off on the morning. The staff and service was exceptional. I would recommend this hotel for sure!

The cave suite was a unique experience. The staff were great and helpful. Location is good and close to shops and restaurants. 5-10 mins walk from city centre. Overall a good experience.

It’s was without any doubt the best hotel I was in all my life, not saying it was the most luxurious or the biggest one, but it was the best! The rooms are really nice as they are half cave & half “normal”, the shower is great and had really good pressure. The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of typical dishes made in the moment. In my opinion what tops it all is how nice, attentive and welcoming the staff was especially Yusuf & Mustafa (they were a really great surprise)

As with all cave hotels, rooms can feel a little damp.

Breakfast was amazing! Communication was excellent before and easy to book tours when staying there etc. Both rooms from our group were clean and comfortable. Really cosy unique stay in excellent location in Goreme with a short walk to centre.

Inside the cave room is super humid, but actually, it is not a hotel problem. It's natural because we were inside a real carved room.

Sarnich is like a family house! The whole staff are super kind and friendly. The open area inside the hotel is calm and wonderfully decorated. We loved it!

very nice hotel and unbelievable service. Yusuf at check in was exceptional and helpful with everything from check in to breakfast to restaurant recommendations, any questions we had he would solve. The owner Mustafa was incredibly friendly and even gave us complimentary turkish delights before we left the hotel. He made sure that he was there at 8 am to say bye to us. The rest of the staff, Ali, Osman and Momad were exceptional too and even the cleaning staff were amazing. A small hotel made they made you feel like you were staying at home. Room size was spacious, they were clean and beds were very comfortable

incredible and great! we meet so nice people here, the staffs are so great and I can say that they are excellent! they give us as much help as they can and therefore we had three enjoyable days! What’s more, the breakfast is amazing! especially the cream with honey and the bread(?) they made! they also have genius garden with so many juicy fruit! they are so sweet just like the people here! our journey was double great because of them!

There is nothing that we do not like. Only a tiny warning: walking to the hotel would be challenging for people has difficulty walking sloppy roads.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect but the staff deserves extra appreciation. Especially Yusuf Bey was very attentive and helpful and patiently answered all our questions.

Everything was perfect for our two night short stay.

Yusuf was extremely helpful. He got in touch with us as soon as I had made my reservation and did all of our additional bookings like airport shuttle, quad bike ride and hot air balloon. He responded back quickly with any questions I had as well. And it was nice to be greeted by the Sarnich team as soon as we got off the coach.
