Windows are super heavy and do not stay open so we tried placing a cup under the frame ti get some fresh air , but otherwise there is air conditioning available too

May be the bathroom is too small . The owner has dogs and sometimes some people don’t like though like my wife .

The location of the hotel in the old town of Antalya is so amazing that we fallen in love of the place. The staff for nice food and cooperative especially Yunus .. the caretaker was very helpful.

The room, though quite pleasant, was too small for two people with not much room to move around. The internet presented some problems but the personnel was quick to respond.

This is a lovely, tastefully decorated hotel, conveniently located with a very accommodating and helpful owner and receptionist.

Firstly, the reception lady is absolutely phenomenal. She went the extra mile to help my parents with a late night check-in and finalize the payment. She is also so nice and respectful. You don't get such awesome customer service these days, so thank you! You are a rock star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is awesome. The furry friends in the lobby are so cute. The hotel is nice and clean, and breakfast is top-notch. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

It was perfect.

I can not say enough amazing things about this property. It’s a great value for a great location. The rooms are comfortable and modern while still managing to keep the old city charm. Most importantly the staff is amazing! In our situation, we experienced issues with flights that forced us to stay two extra nights in Antalya. The owner was more than accommodating in making communicating that our rooms would be open for the next few days while allowing us to reserve one night at a time at the same rate we paid through booking. I will be back in Antalya and won’t consider staying anywhere else.

Wooden blinds need to be fixed

We stayed in apartment: equipped with kitchen, living room and 2 bed rooms. We arrived quite late, 2AM and still the receiptionist greeted us warmly and very helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful places.

We had a lovely stay here at Saye Konak! Utkan and his family were very welcoming and knowledgeable during our four night stay. Feray was also very lovely and gave us suggestions of what to do with our time here. They were kind to upgrade our room, which was clean and well serviced. It was ample space for the two of us. The daily breakfast was delicious (in the beautiful courtyard), and their three dogs that roam the hotel are very cute and friendly. The location is also excellent, easy to find and easy to access all the sites of the Old Town. We’ll definitely return!

The hotel's location is just perfect: right in middle of the historic center and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Several buses and the tram are at 5 min distance, so it is super easy to move around the city and to arrive from the airport with the tram. The room's design was beautiful, had a fresh and comfortable bed, and was extremely clean (I am quite picky and they surpassed my standard). The breakfast was delicious and generous, and their beautiful dogs accompanied us every morning, we loved it! But what made our stay particularly memorable was the kindness and welcomeness of the staff. Thank you, Feray, Selvel, and Utcan for making us feel like home!!

The staff was incredibly kind and the housing itself clean and cozy. Couldn't have chosen a more comfortable place to stay at in Kaleiçi, Antalya. Would definitely come back in my next trip to Turkey. Beds were too soft for my liking, but that is completely personal.

Small washroom. No mirror in the rooms. No coffee tray though kettle was there. But gave coffee and tea after asking for it.

The dogs. Time to send the old dogs to the farm and get in a few gregarious younger ones!!

Everything was excellent except their dogs were big, old, territorial and aggressive.
