Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe prices were steep for the massages and extra things .. and the other thing I did not like was the fact of the alcohol bottles being in the dinning room as soon as you walk in. I know it’s a mix hotel and for people that do not drink it was too much !! And there was 3 different kind of bars in that space so to have the alcohol table as you walk in wasn’t very nice .. for the Muslims .. As for our room was a small room with the bathroom door was so very tight with the door. You had to step in to the shower and close the door as my husband is 6’2” and couldn’t close the door unless he stepped in to the shower and then close the door. Please see that I’m sure it was the same for other rooms too. Our room was 4004 !! The place was clean and a big hands to the cleaning staff. They were amazing .. even tidying up all the time. The water for the slide didn’t work most of the stay for the slides where very dry and not much fun for us or the kids .. even though we asked they said 2pm and it never happened for the rest of the day we didn’t see the water on the sides ..
The staff and the comfort. Food was great .. and the times were good too .. selection of food was great and different menu for every day. The snack area at the back was so good but sure about the burger patties. They felt very processed. But my kids did not eat it.. the pizza was amazing !! Can’t fault that or the yogurt dish we had every day !

TunisiaNot all staff speak English properly, Room cleaning is not properly done and you need to ask for towels and bath facilities every time every day. Those are the two concerns of mine. They should have focused on clients' satisfaction and pleasant stay for their vacation.
The hotel is beautiful and calm, lots of activities and staff were nice & helpful, swimming pool has most of the attractions and enjoyable times. Recommend for small families and couples to relax. SPA & Message is good, all-inclusive option is the best case scenario in the hotel, Food is acceptable, fresh and clean. Sea and beach is very calm and the ambient is comfortably relaxing. I would recommend it for a short stay for future visitors.

GeorgiaUpon check-in, the room was dirty: there were footprints everywhere in the bathroom, stains on the toilet and plumbing. The staff does not speak English. There is no alternative to draft beer in the bar. The room was not cleaned despite the "clean my room" sensor. The gym had no air conditioning, no windows, no equipment, except for a dirty treadmill. The staff is rude.

NetherlandsDirtiest hotel with the most unhelpful staff I have ever been to. Beware everyone and do NOT spend your hard earned money here. After a long day of travelling we arrived at the Seaphoria hotel around 04:30 AM. As we checked in and went into the room we noticed that it had not been cleaned in at least a week. The floors were disgustingly dirty. The mirrors had spit and fingerprints all over them and the bathroom was filled with hair. Even the beds made you itchy within a couple of minutes of lying in them. After having complained to the reception about not being able to sleep in such a room they went and showed us five different rooms which all had roughly the same issues. As we could not be enticed to stay and felt misled by the hotels online photos. We spoke with the manager and he recommended we stay at a different hotel and assured us that we would get refunded. Naturally we did not want to spend our whole vacation in this dirty hotel and left in a hurry. We even went back the following day to follow up and receive reassurances that we would not be charged for this but now after having arrived home and inquiring about the state of our refund, booking tells us that Seaphoria denies everything and they even deny that we made a complaint. Luckily I have pictures of everything I saw in the room so I have proof since I suspected that they would not be as honest as they said they would. I hope this helps even one guest to reconsider if he was even considering sleeping here since it is absolutely not worth it.

GermanyProperty is great, but the address in booking.com is wrong. If you open it with google map from phone it takes you to a different location. Booked a transfer from the hotel which was delayed by almost 30mins. So maybe more transparency on the transfer is required.
I was very surprised to see such negative reviews on booking.com. The place is amazing, specially with foods and drinks inclusive. You can never go hungry in this place 😃. All the meals had variety which was great. The beach, the pool and the staffs were amazing. Not everyone speaks fluent English but that doesn’t really matter, you will eventually get it. It’s their country we are visiting so we as a tourist need to sympathise. The location is in Analya/Antalya, there is no city nearby. It would take around 1.5hrs with taxi to reach to Antalya. Do your homework before coming. We wanted to relax at beachfront, was not planning to go anywhere. Lot’s of water activities are also available near vicinity. Didn’t try spa, but sauna was inclusive. Tip: better to buy necessary staffs before coming to the hotel, there is a market nearby but the store inside hotel is expensive compared to the local market.

United KingdomThe rooms were only cleaned if we left a tip or had to ask the management to get the staff to clean it. When they clean the rooms they don’t change the bedsheets or towels, we were there for 11 nights and the towels were only changed twice, we had to keep asking them to give us clean towels.
The bar staff, the food and drinks were great

United KingdomI recently stayed at this hotel with three friends for what was supposed to be a relaxing 5-day vacation, but it turned out to be a nightmare from start to finish. Our flight landed early in the morning, and we arrived at the hotel at 7 AM, exhausted and looking forward to some rest. However, the first thing the receptionist told us was that our rooms weren't ready and we would have to wait four hours for them to be cleaned. This was baffling – we had booked the rooms well in advance, so why weren’t they ready? With one of my friends already feeling unwell from the flight, this unnecessary delay only worsened her condition. We had no choice but to leave our luggage and head to the beach in the scorching heat while we waited. When we finally got to see our rooms, we were appalled. Despite booking rooms with a sea view as per the hotel’s description, what we got were rooms with no view at all. One room was filthy, with remnants of the previous occupants still there, and the other lacked basic amenities. The frustration grew when we discovered the reception staff had changed, and the new person claimed there were no sea view rooms available in the entire hotel. Showing him our booking confirmation did nothing; he just looked confused and pretended not to understand. We were then told to wait even longer for two rooms next to each other, but by then, our friend's health was deteriorating, so we reluctantly accepted two rooms on different floors. The problems didn’t end there. Throughout our stay, there was no daily cleaning service as promised. We had to request cleaning, and when they did show up, they only made the beds, leaving the toilets and floors dirty and failing to change the bedsheets. To make matters worse, one of the bathrooms had what looked like feces and blood around the toilet after "cleaning." We also faced a severe lack of basic amenities. We had to ask repeatedly for water, towels, kettles, and an iron.
The beach near it that is all

United KingdomThere’s nothing to dislike. But please a heated pool (if possible) inside would be good , so that we can swim in warm water when it gets a bit busy outside. The food in the restaurant was delicious and varied. If possible would be nice to have a choice of an a la carte restaurant on site also to taste traditional dishes more often.
Stunningly, beautiful clean hotel inside and out the staff is so friendly and kind we felt at home in the hotel particular mentioned to Karim - desk manager - who was so kind and professional in sorting out some issues we had initially. He assured that we were comfortable and happy and we felt very secured by his presence. Also the housekeeping is wonderful and the restaurant staff are amazing. The pianist Nevzat is brilliant! We felt we were having a concert pianist playing in the lobby ! So enjoyed that listening to the beautiful music! Also the massage therapy is very good, Adil. Nice people in the hotel from all parts of the world, very good atmosphere. Also mentioned to the bar staff very good ; everybody brilliant in the hotel.

United KingdomThe food was awful. And served the same bland food everyday. When we arrived late due to flight delay we were given a room on 3rd floor next to noisy generator and looking a huge roof.. told it was a sea view! But after a complaint they moved us. The noise from the neighbouring hotels in the evenings was horrendous. Music blaring until late into the night. The lifts felt a little unsafe - and even when it dropped a floor and stopped the alarm didn't even work. The bar tenders (except 1) didn't know how to make cocktails - all you got was a huge amount of alcohol with a small topping of a soft drink! Bed rooms could have been cleaned more but don't think they had the staff to do this - no floor vacuum or mop for a whole week. Surfaces not wiped down in the room.
Close to the beach. Pleasant staff. Nice view once we got moved from our lower floor room. Could walk to the local bazaar.

United KingdomEVERYTHING WAS AMAZING we had the time of our lives. The owner of the hotel gave us a special room and decorated it with flowers and gave us fruit and drinks complementary. We felt very welcome. The food was very tasty and fresh. The snack bar was so enjoyable, being served outside and had lovely options. We also loved the pool bar and had unlimited access to non-alcoholic cocktails (halal), which tasted amazing. The pool was lovely and clean, and very family-friendly. Lunch and dinner were very tasty, I loved how they changed the menu every day and didn't just serve the same thing. So lunch was different from dinner etc. They served beautiful grand cakes for dinner which were a treat to eat. There was a LOT of variety even at breakfast. The food was delicious. I also loved that the beach was right inside the resort, it was so enjoyable and just extremely relaxing. We also got a massage at the beach which was amazing and very affordable (25€ for an hour). I would definitely recommend this resort and can't wait to return.
