Very slow service in the restaurant during the dinner. Looks like hotel guests share the parking with those who just visit the beach (parking space was full at noon and half empty in the evening) which doesn't seem fair given the price paid.

Own beach in the lagoon with reasonably priced water sports (pedal boat for an hour priced at 200 TRY and it's really a must to ride a lagoon on it). Restaurant with decent and reasonably priced food. The room was fine. The breakfast was really rich in term of varieties of food offered. Two-level cart full of snacks for just the three of us looked really impressive. Also, the waiter was super nice (to us and especially to the kid). Generally, the hotel was the main driver of the great positive impression from our visit to Ölüdeniz.

The lights in the room were very dim.the refregrator didnt work.you have to walk like 2 kilos to reach the main street in oludeniz.

The location is excellent right in the heart of the blue lagoon,the beach is all yours.breakfast is great.

Food taste was way below average. The processes are not well organized. It would always take a very long time to get the orders delivered and we could see that the staff was uncomfortable and always having to rush. The team tasks could be better managed and workload better distributed between the staff members.

The beach is simply amazing. Super convenient to be in front of the best beach in the area. The sea is like a pool, which is awesome for kids. Some members of the staff were incredibly helpful, specially Youssef, who was always willing to help the best way.

I reserved a caravan but they all had problems like the safe box wasnt working or the toilet combination was noisy...etc so they offered to upgrade my room to a sea view (free) which was amazing. Everything else was excellent.

I was upgraded to a sea view room that had a fantastic view. Also breakfast was very delicious and filling.

Great location right on Blue Lagoon, with access to water activities for reasonable prices. 10 minutes walk to all the action, restaurants, shops & bars. Great, friendly staff Tasty, abundant food 👍👍 Comfortable beds & linens but twin beds are a bit small

Unfortunately we found a scorpion in our bedroom on the first day however the staff promptly attended the room to inspect the area and after that we did not find anything else. The breakfast is good but after 3 days eating exactly the same thing you can get tired of it, I believe this is because of COVID but one option is having a menu so the guests can choose what they want to eat instead of bringing the same stuff every day.

The staff was very nice and friendly all time and the beach club was really good. The food from the restaurant is quite good and has a reasonable price. One good point is the beach towels they provide, everyday day the cleaner leave a new bunch which is handy when you are travelling from abroad with limited luggage.

I stayed in a caravan which was lovely and clean and had everything you need. The only minor criticism I have is that the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable, however I have found this at every hotel I’ve stayed at in turkey so maybe it’s normal there.

The location is perfect and the staff were amazing as always. The accommodation is clean and the breakfast was lovely. This is my second time at this beach club this year. If you like to wake up to a beautiful crystal clear waters this is the place for you.
