Location is fab, just a short walk away from the main square but still quiet. We were 3 ladies celebrating our 40th together, we always felt safe in the hotel and in Cappadocia in general. The approach is a bit steep but that's every hotel in Goreme and personally we didn't mind it as it keeps up with the authenticity of the fantastic landscape. Breakfast was lovely, room and hotel were always clean. The shower was divine! Special mention to Arif and Malik at reception, who always went out of way to suggest trips, hamams, restaurants and book them for us too. Always with a smile on their face. Arif helped us plan our couple of days in Cappadocia and we had such a great time! No job was too small for him and he'd help out with anything with a smile on his face and a joke to crack! Loved the hospitality offered to us. Thank you. Alvida, until next time.

- Location is slightly inside from main street - this is a local hotel, and not part of any global chain so normal differences are there compared to the experience, nothing negative though, we needed some help with the curtains which was promptly provided

- Loved the fresh breakfast, freshly baked desserts etc. - Humble and helpful staff - Peaceful location, felt quite private

There was a really nice view of Gerome, you see all of the hot air balloons. The staff were very kind and respectful especially Mr. Malek who helped us out with our hot air balloons reservations after one of the companies deceived.

The location is a little bit too high with steady hill. That’s so tired for us to carry suitcases and climb a mountain😿

I would say everything is good. Really big room with big bathroom and they are clean and comfortable. Staff here are all warm-hearted with kind and active help.

Our stay at Secret Hill Cave Suites was outstanding. The staff, particularly Malik, Arif and Erdogan, were incredibly helpful and treated us like family. Despite facing a difficult situation, they went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast was exemplary, offering a delicious array of options. The service throughout our stay was prompt, courteous, and personalized. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Cappadoccia's attractions. Cleanliness standards were impeccable, and the value for money was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend Secret Hill Cave Suites to anyone visiting Cappadocia—it truly offers a perfect blend of hospitality and quality service. We look forward to returning in the future.

Very nice location and the property itself is beautiful. They have a very cute dog called Latte who adds to the homeliness of the place. We had a very comfortable stay at the property. It’s 3 minutes walk to the city centre and the view is amazing.

- breakfast starts only from 8.30 am on, might be a little late for hikers. But I once asked to have a small breakfast to go, which wasn’t a problem at all, as I said, everyone was super hospitable and tried to make my stay as perfect as possible

- Perfect location, at the edge of the city, thus quiet and still only 5 min walking from bus station - transfer from/to the airport worked smoothly - good and wide offer for breakfast - manager and all staff were super kind, friendly and very hospitable and attentive - very clean, spacious room - all in all nothing to complain about and can highly recommend this place - I’d definitely stay here again

Beautiful place in great position with fantastic view on different angles of Göreme rock formations. Rooms and suites are in real caves and are originally designed and furnished. Breakfast is rich and tasty. Manager and staff are very friendly and efficient. I hope to be back here some time soon.

Had to climb the stairs, steep climb from road, no eateries near by. However, there is vehicle access up to the reception.

The breakfast was very good with variety of food; nice and friendly staff; very peaceful atmosphere. Manager Malik Ince was very helpful and in fact the moment we booked the room he used to send messages and helped to plan our tours and airport pick up. His recommendations were good.

It was an amazing stay in hotel. Especially staff was very helpful. They have upgraded my room to king size despite I even had not request for that. Breakfast was outstanding. View from balcony very nice.
