Location is near the tramway and bus, very close to مولانا and shams, I recommend it strongly. Tea, coffee, water and others were free.

Great location in the city center within walking distance of all museums and attractions. There is a convenient underground parking in the hotel with many spaces, which was very important for us as we travel by car. the room is big and clean, the breakfast is plentiful, tasty and very varied.

The gym was a bit disappointing. I mean its included so I cannot complain too much, but I tried to go for a run on the treadmill and it was quite dangerous. The treadmill stopped randomly after like 30 min of running, which is extremely dangerous. Also there was no ventilation, so it felt extremely humid and it made me dizzy after a while. But it doesnt change my rating, since the room was perfect.

Not a very cheap hotel, but you don't have many options in Konya. What you got was still very good though.

Great location near the centre of the city. Staff were always helpful and went out of their way. Breakfast was comprehensive and included coffee, so often in Turkey it is çay (tea) only.

Mattress was hard

It’s in the City centre, has a car park , spacious and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was top class. Walking distance to the historic places. Hotel is old and does need some fine tuning.

This is a great hotel. Our room was, big, clean and comfortable. It has everything to make your stay very pleasant, like a very convenient covered parking and amazing included breakfast. The facilities are modern and big and the staff is helpful and polite.

Although there was a sauna and steam room, when I went down I was told that I had to make a reservation for it and to come back later, which I found a bit confusing because I was not interested in a massage. But other than that everything was great.

Overall very comfortable and convenient. Location was great and reasonably priced. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the relaxing music and atmosphere.

The restaurant is not very isolated or simply not well heated and this is a issue during cold seasons. Plus, restaurant and cafe shares the area and you have to live with people smoking while trying to enjoy the meal. The food itself was good but the service pretty awful, not something you would expect from a 4 stars hotel. They didn't tell us that something was missing from the menu and guess, we took our time and ordered exactly that. They bring us 1 of the 2 orders and took 40 mins for that!, and we were alone in the restaurant! One last thing is the sauna where odd rules are applied, like if there's a man, a woman can't enter and viceversa. So if someone is stuck there for hours, the opposite sex can't enter. Why having a common place with this rule applied instead of separates areas, like many do?

Maybe the best hotel I have ever been. Staff is friendly and helpful, with a reasonably good English. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with all the comforts you may ask from a hotel room. Included you get a minibar with drinks and snacks. Free refill!

The lobby needs some upgrading so does the hallways leading to the rooms it's a bit dark, the reception could be more friendly, they weren't rude but just not friendly.

The hotel room was a basic 4 star hotel, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good water pressure, breakfast was good, good location.

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us with our luggage and any queries we had. The room was very comfortable, quiet and had water and snacks which were provided for free in the fridge. At reception, there were many items to purchase should these be required which was great, and free coffee. The facilities were great, it was a great location - the surrounding area was brilliant and the people in Konya were very friendly and accommodating for tourists, We felt very safe and comfortable in the hotel. Highly recommend!
