Maybe they could invest a little more in the upkeep of the furniture and bathroom. Some cupboards were really used up and didn't closed properly.

The breakfast was very good and consistent, with a lot of local chesses. The location was central, near all interesting locations we planed to visit. The room was large with a lot of beds and very well suited for a family of 4.

The balcony was very high and hardly can see the view. The door to the balcony was behind one of the beds, se we had to move it.

The receptionists were very nice and helped me with directions. We stayed at an apartment, and it was very clean with some treats for us, as coffee, tea and water. The breakfast was good too. If I ever go back to Edirne I will choose to stay at Selimiye hotel again.

We tried to ask for food delivery from several fast food chains ( kfc, mcdonalds, burger king...) they did not deliver for the hotel area. The Ac was not working properly.. the first day it was not cooling.. the second day it was cooling the room but was leaking water.

The staff were very nice and friendly.. the rooms were clean.. spacious.. the bathroom was nice .. beds were confortable. Location very good, walking distance from everything. They put free water, coffee and tea in the rooms .. overall it was a great experience

Located in the city center you have the main tourist spots within walking distance. Clean and cozy, free parking and polite staff. Very satisfied!

Some extra utensils and glasses for water (there were only 4 cups for tea in our 4 bedroom room) in the room would be very useful. Also, the breakfast buffet was somehow poor (when milk or orange juice was over, you could have only tea which was plenty) and the kitchen (sink, washing machine, etc) was in the breakfast room which made it kind of noisy and smelly.

Excellent location to explore the city centre on foot. The historical centre, monuments, the open air market and Friday's bazaar within walking distance. Private parking area. The reception staff (a man and a lady) very kind, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very clean and warm. Hot water always available. Traditional turkish breakfast. Overall, it is a highly reccomended accomodation and if we go to Edirne again, we will definitely choose Selimiye Hotel.

There was no AC unit in the second room and it was very hot. We had no balcony and no possibility to open a window for fresh air. The breakfast is very simple and the breakfast area is located in the basement.

The water that leaks from the AC unit pours directly on the balcony. The extra double room we have had needed a TV set and also a wake-up light.

Location is great, right next to the Selimiye Mosque. Also the parking area is generous and available 24/7. The breakfast was good, however the area tends to be crowded if the hotel is fully booked. From the apartment we have rented we could see part of the Mosque. Spacious and confortable for a 4 persons family. A very useful kitchen area also.

Only 1 air conditioner in the apartment, the second bedroom is too hot, with a window which had a view to the emergency staircase. Some of the sheets for the bed were with holes and stains, but I guess this was from the washing machine. One of the towels was stained too. A bit noisy when the other rooms were being cleaned.

discuss at night beside to me and disturb me,i don t took breakfast,i ask for a taxi early in the morning,he came after 10min-ok"but he change the car and took a car not sheem taxi,he took the passport from his home-it wasn t necessary for the Greek border,we lose time''only identity card needs and green card,and he demand 30-40 e at 7am for 6,7 kiliometer(10 min distance without traffic.No one can walking at this border,only with the car"
